Have been using this company for many years, and generally found the product to be ok, just the usual dud empty screw on cartridge now and again, at one time they used to award you points that you could redeem for money off on your next purchase, this was stopped and the price of the product increased, so have a look around at other companies they supply, i found one that will send me post free the same order of 10 packs of refills for £9 less than buying from the supplier. I stayed loyal to OK for many years and feel they have been ripping me off, so have a look around on auction sites etc there are better deals to be had out there.

Just ordered my monthly Cigalike refill. Gone up in price from £3 to £4:50. Wow, time to stop now!

Having originally given a well-deserved one-star review to this (below), OK Vape's reply has spurred me to change the rating and respond. They sent me a pack of new cartridges and a battery for free - kudos for that. And wonder of wonders, those and another order of batteries I made are back to the original quality, or thereabouts. They can insist for all they are worth that nothing ever changed: I know differently and secretly I think they do too. I have left it at three stars for now to see a little more how this unfolds but if it stays this way then its a good offering. At least they listen.

Looks like I am not alone in lamenting the sharp drop in quality of OK's products. Batteries lasting ever shorter times, refils nowhere near their quality even a year ago. I guess it's a cut-throat business but it's also very dependant on product quality and these guys have failed the test, Back to tanks for me.

I have been using extra strong tobacco flavour for years now, probably around 6 years and have found in the last few BULK buys (i buy 10 - 15 packs a time) the majority of them are menthol!! I have to chuck them away as I don’t like the taste. This used to happen around 1 in 10 pods but now I am getting whole packets of menthol flavour! What on earth is going on at OkVape? The sudden decrease in quality is disgusting seeing as they are more expensive now! Sort it out or loose many more customers!!

Ordered the starter pack over week ago. It arrived today!!!!! Over £2.50 mailing charge. Ordered some clothes via China which arrived quicker.

Have been using these products for a number of years but last few online orders and shop purchases have been disappointing. 2/3 refills out of a 5 pack are either half filled or completed duds! Ordered 5 disposable e cigs lately, so far 2 have been useless! I feel I'm being robbed and now looking for alternative. Shame as it used to be a decent product. They are also cheaper from a shop than on line.

I tried finding websites where the product can be purchased. Instead there were options to select the country to deliver either to Jersey or Isle of Man. This product is hard to find anywhere. It's really nice item and can open up a lot of doors.

Complained about the continually price increase and the rate of the increase. Told they are still the cheapest.

Not true. You can by the exact same product (OKVapes own product) much cheaper from a third party supplier such as electronic tobacconist. 10x refills direct from okvape will cost you £6.60 per pack. Even if you bulk buy further the cheapest you can get them is £5.30. Electronic Tobacconist is the exact same product for £4.80 (£4.32 for your first order) and free delivery.

On top of now ripping off customers okvape have also scrapped their loyalty scheme. It was rubbish to start with but a tiny discount is better than none.

Over the last few months the quality of their product has diminished too. Refills last a fraction of what they used to. Some are pretty much empty. They will say they have rigorous quality checks in place. But as a long term user I can assure you they are no longer the same quality

It’s a real shame as the product was decent. Stop ripping off your customers and you may be able salvage what was otherwise a good business

Recent orders of medium menthol ecigs have contained so many duds it’s practically doubled the cost. Have changed batteries and even plugs so it’s definitely refills.
Will need to find alternative which is a pain.

Unreliable stock. Been using for a few years and always been great but recently out of stock too frequently so will have to find an alternative product.

We recently purchased a starter kit. Which is without a doubt a great item. However. 3 pod refills for £9 each is very very expensive for how long they last. My car is cheaper to run than these things. I find the price is the only fault, £9 each box for 3 i find well over priced.. if these were much cheaper i would 100% stay with these, but i cant justify paying £9 per for 3 pods for not lasting a day, more expensive than actually smoking. Its a shame really.

Had a few good months purchasing products of e-pods and their tobaccos refills (don't like other flavours), but Icannot purchase anymore as theyre constantly out of stock and customer service say they're not sure when it will be re-stocked.

I bought my girlfriend this vape kit from ebay,it instantly gave her headache and earache,and made her tongue turned red/pink colour,and it smells and gives the taste of horse's poo,I use 88 vape and have never had this problem,I had one chance of converting here to a vape pen, and no way she trusts me now.it seemed funny at the time but am in her bad books now,so thanks ok vape. and ebay knows about this with picture.

Have been getting my pods from online since June 2022. Found them brilliant initially. Easy switching from cigs to vaping, very very cost effective, I found that a pod refill was lasting me about 4/5 days. A few months later the prices went up and then noticed the pods weren’t lasting that long. Roll on 7/8 months & I’m lucky if I get 2 days out of a pod refill! I don’t think I vape anymore than I did before - I was never a heavy smoker to begin with (6 a day at most) and the prices have increased yet again! I’m almost paying out the same as what I was for cigarettes. I’m going to have to start looking elsewhere for my vapes which is a shame as these suited me fine, I really like the simple flavours & smooth simple black vape pods.

NEVER had this problem before now

Bought a starter kit as a try out over the weekend because my old supplier has stopped doing my favourite strength and blend. Kit arrived within 48 hours and the taste was very similar to my old one. Ordered more cartridges and a spare king sized battery which arrived very quickly and well packed. So far after using quite a few refills, I have found the following.
1) The batteries have lasted far better then the ones from my old supplier.
2) Cartridges last almost twice as long as my old supplier.
3) Taste is so similar that I got used to them very quickly.
4) Delivery is within the same time period.
I like the starter pack neat and compact design although I would have liked it if there was a place to store the longer battery. I also like that the capacity of each battery is printed on the casing and that the standard battery glows with an orange LED compared to the larger battery having a blue LED but not quite made up my mind which way round I would prefer the LED's.
I will be ordering again from this company as soon as my supply runs low. Thanks OK.

I get my e-cigs from the threshing barn, woodhayes, by post. They really go the extra mile even in a postal strike you will receive your parcel. I have been using OK e-cigs for a few years now, my lungs are so much better, found no difference in quality just different package. Thanks all at the Threshing barn Helen Lang.

I noticed the quality is not same, cartridges can be dud, don't last more than a few hours, before used to last days as well, i afraid i changing, the price is too much for the quality of product shame.

I've been using these vapes for years now and found them great, each refill cartridge used to last 1 to 2 days, but now they run out within hours, and the price has increased so unfortunately I've had to stop using them. Its a shame but they really need to fill the cartridges like they used to, as using 3 a day when they're supposed to be the equivalent of 25 cigarettes is ridiculous. I'm a 15 a day smoker not 75!

Been on ok vape a few years, but I'm now sick to the back teeth of buying 3 packs a week and finding one whole pack of useless blanks!!! Its absolutely ridiculous they are very expensive as it is to constantly get a whole pack of dudds. Disgusting!!!!
