Brilliant Service, great value.

beyond customer service, highly recommended!

Ordered one of the vape starter kits and a pack of high strength refills (5 in a pack) at £12 for the lot with free postage. They even chucked in a couple of menthol refills to try out for free.
Bit of a mix up when crappy Google auto-fill didn't include my house number. First and only time.
The long and short of it is that OK Vape sent out another package by registered post a couple of days later at no charge!
The E-cigs are good value for money and the "tobacco" flavoured cartomizers are better than others that I have tried. I used to get a weird unpleasant "fizz" kind of feeling in the pit of my stomach with another brand and went back to smoking rollies. No problems with this brand so far.
The Cartomizers can be a bit hit and miss, some lasting around a day or so
( 12 hours ) while one lasted less than 8 hours but at this price, I am OK with it.
The battery lasts about a day depending on usage and takes around 75 mins to recharge, or about 40 mins for the longer batteries.
Comes in a nice matt black plastic box.
If you sign up to Emails and promo's, OK vape hold regular "sales" and offers, so keep an eye out for regular discounts, they are quite good and there are substantial savings to be had, especially if you buy in bulk. ( £4.50 for the refills instead of £6.00 etc )
They say that if you order before 2 pm, you should receive your order the next day...
Haven't had the next day delivery experience yet but that may because I have ordered on a Friday night or bank holiday, and they post it out on a Monday morning after a weekend. Not a problem but something that you may want to bear in mind.

Knocked 'em down a star, as lately, I have found that their E-cig cartomizer cartridges have become even more hit and miss. Some can last most of the day while another batch may only last a couple of hours. A bit of work as far as quality control and consistency is needed here guys!

I’ve been vaping for 2 years now, 18 month at least using ok vape ‘Sweet Anise Menthol
Purchased from Morrison’s every time. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars as I’d noticed recently packaging changed slightly. unfortunately, with this, a change in the quality of flavour! Come on ok Vape....sort it out and put it back!!!

I recently had a delivery that got lost in the post, it hadnt even been put out for deiivery, the ladies at OK vape sent out a new pack on my order so that I was not without. Excellent all round customer service. Other companies could learn from OK Vape. Thank you for an excellent service!

Great service, never had any issues, and have always had the items I ordered show up the next day. Everything is reasonably priced and the e-liquids are great.

The only thing I’d complain about is that the range of e-liquid flavours isn’t huge, although I’ve found my favourites and am tending to stick with those now. I’d like to see some more flavours in future, maybe some thing citrus; an orange or a lemon-based flavour?

Other than that minor thing, I’d highly recommend OK Vape.

Best customer service I have ever had from Alice Foster, she is a treasure. Very quick delivery. I will definitely be using this product and recommending them to my friends.

Really not impressed. For my first order with OK E Cig I chose 80VG 3mg Bubblegum flavour. Unfortunately what I received was 30VG and 12mg.

Edit: I received a phone call apologising for their error and a promise to send the correct product. Now I have received an email from Equifax informing me that they made a credit enquiry!! All I did was buy e-juice on a debit card!
