This is the first time that our family used the sevices of Olanka travels. To be honest, we were having some doubts because these days, dealing online with travel and tourism companies is quite risky.

After taking whatever precautions we could, we decided to go ahead and plan an 8 day/9 nights holiday through Olanka. And we realised that we made the right decision. All the three destinations we planned in Sri Lanka, the hotels, the kind of rooms we needed, the driver attached to us for the entire duration, the food requests - everything was taken care of by Olanka very well.

We would recommend Olanka travels and our Olanka contact person Shanika. They really rose to the ocassion and did a wonderful job of making our stay happy, comfortable, pleasant, and more importantly, safe and secure.

Hi every one, I want to share my experience with Olanka that might help to plan your trip to Sri Lanka. Overall I had a wonderful tour with Olanka. Starting from the itinerary till conclusion of the trip Ms Rangika from customer service guided and coordinated efficiently to make my stay worth memorable. I would mention here that Olanka quoted the least price of the trip as per my requirements. Moreover Mr Thissa who was detailed with the transport as driver was so polite, social, cooperative and served as the best guide to brief in depth the details of all historic and visiting places. Overall my 5 x days family trip to Sri Lanka remained outstanding with good memories.

We have know Thushira for a few years now .he has always been very helpful as our guide. His knowledge of the history of Sri Lanka is briliant .this trip he took us to Dambulla and Pinawalla elephant orphanage.l would recommend Thushira as your guide as he’s very knowledgeable and his English is briliant too

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sanduni from O'lanka Travels. My friend Maria and her partner Victor from Spain had their first trip to Sri Lanka early this month and Sanduni made it absolutely perfect. Her service was top-notch!

We arranged, with some hesitation, an 8 day Sri Lanka trip with Olanka Travels from 8 Jun to 15 Jun by just reading the reviews of those who have travelled with them.
Our point of contact at Olanka was Kaushi.She was very professional, prompt and efficient and made our planning of this trip smooth.
Though we had to postpone our trip 1 week later due to some medical issue with our travel companion, she efficiently assisted with the re-arrangement of hotel and itineary at such a short notice.
We are really very thankful to her.
Our guide and driver on this trip was Tusha, who made our trip very very enjoyable,memorable and safe.
As we were 4 ladies and above middle age, he ensured our safety and comfort througout the trip.

A very patient and helpful travel agent who followed the preparation of our holiday step by step. Once we arrived, Tiron Silva guided us. A very kind man, an excellent driver, an exceptional guide who always satisfied our every wish with a smile. He is also a tour guide so he guided us directly in many places. A reliable person who followed us everywhere, taking care of us and not just guiding us. Vehicle was nice , new and good condition.
The driver /guide Susan was really a friend and he was fully supporting us from the beginning to end. We felt him as our sons itself.

Olanka travel agency is a trustworthy and reputable company I have ever come across. The staff Shanika brilliantly tailored my 6 days short adventure in Sri Lanka from Negombo to Kandy and finally to Nuwara Eliya in a perfect timing with knowledgeable tour guide. Nevertheless, I had some reservations of their promises early but later realised that all are fulfilled in a cleverly crafted itinerary plan perfect to suit my tour experience needed to understand their culture and traditions. Being a first trip with more I covered in effective 5 days of stay, that certainly will set me more days to cover the other parts of Sri Lanka through Olanka travels in future. Nevertheless, I am a very apprehensive and critical person, but their untiring and meticulous effort in crafting itinerary left me speechless. Olanka put together a tailored 14 day tour for us providing a great driver/guide and booking the hotels, all done by email & WhatsApp from the UK.
Best holiday we have since our honeymoon 20 years ago.

They randomly add extra 'fees' when you go to check out with them, update policies on the fly, and if there are issues with the tour they straight up lie about what is happening. Avoid them.

You can trust them what they say they deliver. Thanks team Olanka Travels. Cab was quite comfortable. Thanks to Thanuja lakshitha (Cab guy) who shows us around and help us to understand local language also.
