I dislike that two (2) orders was processed the same day and two orders was mailed on the same day. I returned one shipment unopened. As of April 5, 2026, I have not received a refund and this was over a month ago.

I placed my initial order for the subscription of three bottles, a 90 day supply, in February. One month later I got notification that a new shipment of another three bottles was coming. I tried to cancel the order and was told because I was part of the subscription program and it had already been shipped they couldn't stop the shipment. I said then I just want to cancel any future shipments and they asked why and I said because it's only been a month and I have a 90-day supply. So then I was asked if I would like to just delay the next shipment and they gave me an option of 30 or 60 days and I chose to delay for 60 days. However, just one month later I got another notification that another three bottles were coming and I was being charged. It has taken me multiple emails to cancel my subscription entirely. If you are advertising that three bottles is a 90-day supply then you should not be shipping out another three bottles every month.

On the 10th March I cancelled my subscription to Olavita’s skincare products as the product did not meet any of the promises that were made, despite using it for 2 months. Olavita confirmed the subscription was cancelled, but at the beginning of April, they confirmed they were sending more product, and they debited my bank account for the cost of the goods. I never gave them any authorisation to do this after the cancellation of the subscription. They fraudulently took money from my card. I asked for all my details to be deleted off their system, but have had no confirmation that this has been done, just an automatic email that says my subscription will be cancelled after ‘the billing cycle’.

She was very good at explaining everything even though policy say you can return. As long as no more sent or charges. I still feel that notification should have been given before item "out for shipment" so other people don't have this happen to them but this is not her fault but will never order again even tho the product was good.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me for a subscription instead of a one time purchase and use automated emails to to “handle” complaints, which means complaints are never handled. If you order and make a mistake or change your mind and immediately contact the company (meaning within five minutes), they will tell you your order has shipped already and there is no stopping it. There is no phone number for customer service and the one they have posted does not work. A week after your order has supposedly shipped you’ll get a notice that your order has shipped. When it arrives two weeks later in a bubble wrap envelope you will find that the packaging has been crushed, your bottle has leaked, half the product is gone, and even if you contact them immediately and provide photo evidence they will not take a return or respond with a replacement. Their satisfaction guarantee is nonexistent and there’s no way of reaching a real person. I had dispute these charges with my credit card company and I still can’t be sure that they’ve canceled my subscription even though I’ve asked six or seven times to confirm. The sad thing is that the product is just so so - with my half a bottle of usable product I feel like it’s just like putting a light oil on your face. I have not noticed any difference in a month. Reviews on Amazon give them a 3.9 and if you really feel you must try this product, please buy it from Amazon and when you don’t like it, you can do an easy free return. Buyer beware - this is a shady operation. They should not be in business.
I see in their response to this review that they have requested that I contact their customer service - I have, about 12 or 13 times. You just get AI responses - no actual resolution to the problems. And this morning, I got a notice that they’ve shipped me, and charged me for, three more bottles for the “subscription” I canceled seven different times a month ago. Pathetic.
Sure looks like their product on Amazon - same name, same bottle.

It was bought at 2 am by my 86 yr old mom. Not thinking of the financial burden it would cause. Have tried multiple times to return items only to be told I cannot return unused, unopened items. They can cancel future items. So does that mean im out 500 bucks or so??? Not cool especially when they say money back guarantee. Not happy with this company at all. Im hoping they will make this right and refund this 86 year old her money back.

I accidentally clicked on the subscribe button and I have been trying to cancel since the end of 2025. Company continues to send product and bill my credit card even though I have an email from them recognizing my cancellation. It's beyond ridiculous. In addition they NEVER return customer service phone calls.

I purchased some Olavita products which did not perform as I had hoped. In attempting to get a refund for unopened and unused product I was responded to by Arti who was very friendly. If I am able to get the refund, then I will feel that Arti was also very effective.
