Reliable & Fast Shipping
I used Oliunìd to get a hangboard and some liquid chalk. Not only it was the cheapest I could get it from various sites in Europe, but also provided free & fast shipping even thought it was during "holiday" season. Would recommend and buy again from them in the future!
Best customer service ever!
I live in the US and have started to use Oliunìd for all my climbing needs. I just came accross a problem with UPS International and customs. The customer service responded immediately to UPS and myself and they worked tirelessly until I received my package. It's comforting to know they are there to help dor my future orders. In fact my cart already has items in it.

I placed an order with several items early December and I have no news about it. It is in "Processing" status since then, even tough all items were in stock.
And worst of all they do not reply to emails and do not take calls.

Hello.
Made a buy from oliunid.it 7/12/2023, we are 13/12/2023 there's no news at all, the item is costing 359 euro and it a Christmas gift, 2 email without any answers, no possible to reach them on the phone ( was trying 3 days in the raw) . if you don't want to be worry about your purchase don't buy from this shop.

It is good if you by form Italy to ship in Italy, but if you ship outside of Italy you need to pay extra and the cost it Is over. The issue is that in the website they don't tell you nothing and then you will see the issue after buy the goods.

Shipment delayed for no reason - but fast refund
The site claimed my order was in stock and I’d get shipment the same day. Once I paid it moved shipment to the next day. Then shipment didn’t occur by three days later. The telephone staff were excellent. They weren’t sure why the goods didn’t ship, but arranged a quick refund.

Great Experience ordering gear to Australia
Ordered 4 pairs of climbing shoes and some other equipment with shipping to Australia. Was a little bit put off by other reviews on here with negative experiences to Australia but decided to order anyway.
Shipped and delivered within 16 days with standard post option. Great communication beforehand getting my questions answered and everything arrived as expected. 100% will order again! Thank you.
Fantastic service
I live in Australia and bought two Montura items which were delivered within the promised 5 working days. I also sent an email after the order and got a reply from a real person within 2 hours. Totally satisfied and I’ll shop with them again and again for Montura items since they’re not distributed in Australia.
Very slow
Made a sizable order that I needed within 5 working days. Apparently I overlooked that one item wasn’t in stock but it seems that they only ship if they have the whole order complete and won’t split up the shipment like all the other companies do. In terms of sustainability I get it so fine but what annoys me is that I reached out immediately and they only respond to emails by the end of the day and are not very proactive in finding a solution. It was only after I said to drop that specific item that they came with a solution. Fine again so I confirmed. Instead of shipping that day it takes another full day before it finally gets shipped and when I receive the tracking number it states that it will arrive after 8 days whereas the website indicates around 2 days. I know delivery times can vary hence I initially took a 5 day window but a combination of slow response times with an outright false promise about delivery times makes this a very bad experience. I was really hoping they would be a reliable partner as I need a lot of gear on Ibiza but unfortunately that’s not the case.

Sent wrong product. Not compliant to return policy.
I ordered a pair of La Sportiva Solution Comp EU 35.5 but received two left shoes of different sizes (EU 35.5 and 36.5). I paid about AU$192 for the shoes excluding shipping (which was about an extra AU$20-25 when shared with others). When I requested that they send me the right product, they said "We ship from Italy and unfortunately it would be a problem to collect the product and send you the correct one. There would be a lot of shipping costs and the time between collection and new shipment would be quite long." I find this contradictory to their return policy.
They then proceeded to offer this solution:
"we will issue you a voucher for 50% of the value of the shoes, i.e. €55.62
- with the discount voucher you can place a new order and buy the La Sportiva Solution Comp Woman num. 36.5 (LASPORTIVA30A402602-36.5)
By doing so we will send you 1 shoe 35.5 right and 1 shoe 36.5 right.
In this way, you will have 2 shoes, the one that doesn't fit you can give it to a friend or sell it at full price and make a profit."
It is extremely unreasonable that they offer a solution that requires customers to pay more (they also conveniently disregarded the shipping fee that will be incurred if I were to proceed with this) for a mistake that they made, on top of the significantly longer wait time as a result of this error. It is also infuriating for them to even suggest that I could resell the shoes for profit.
I have since requested to be fully refunded, or that they re-ship the shoes at no extra cost to me. It has been a month since this error occurred and I am still waiting for their correspondence.

The only reason why I am considering that this isn’t a scam is because of the other positive reviews on this site.
I ordered a pair of boots on March 20th and was sent and email with my order number. In the same email, it stated that I would receive a UPS tracking number once the items were shipped. Oliunid stated that the item ship out the following day (March 21st) and that I would receive the package in 14 days.
9 days have passed since I made he payment and I have sent several emails to Oliunid demanding they follow up with my order. Several times I was told they would check the status and get back to me, yet they never explicitly reached out to me unless I wrote to them again demanding an answer.
Yesterday, their customer service rep, Maria, provided me with a UPS tracking number and claimed the package has left their warehouse. It entered the tracking number into the UPS site and later reached out to UPS and they confirmed that the number they provided is not related to any package. Did they really just invent a number and send it to me?
I understand that there can be (reasonable) delays in international orders but the fact that 8 days have passed since the expected shipping date and I have only been provided with excuses and fake tracking information makes me very uneasy.
If this isn’t a scam, Oliunid is just awful at customer service and being honest with their customers.

UPDATE: They finally gave me a tracking number and link to a sketchy postal service website via Trustpilot (never received an actual email with this info). Upon entering the tracking number in the site, I noticed that the package was being sent to Mayotte, Africa instead of Mexico. I sent an email to the CEO (Luca) pointing out this mistake and they replied that they made a mistake in processing the shipment and would finally send the package via UPS express shipping. I was promised I would receive a tracking number the following day from Erica. Well, a day has passed and I have yet to receive the UPS tracking number from Erica and I can't help but think OLIUNID is only buying time and scamming me for my money. This is a very sick and twisted way of doing business.
