Super easy, friendly staff. A couple of issues with the vehicle:
- USB port broken
- Incorrect floor mats, could not be fixed to floor and slipped around - potentially dangerous for driver.

The cars are good and the airport…
The cars are good and the airport pickup service is convenient. The rental price is reasonable, but the insurance cost has become excessive. Less than a year ago, zero-excess insurance was $20 per day, now it's $50. That’s a steep increase and feels unjustified.
