Attractive pricing
Attractive pricing. Car condition is average but working well through the 6 days without issues. Would have been better if there can be some service level on availability for models that need to request rather than giving an open date on response.

Friendly, efficient service
Friendly, efficient customer service, the terms and conditions of hire were explained clearly and it was very easy to upgrade our car to a larger size and more power to meet our needs. The car was checked and met our requirements.
When we returned the car the staff member was welcoming and easy going and made the process very simple and relaxed.

Unprompted review
Not a totally satisfying ride
It was quite inconvenient for is to contact the car rental office to pick us up from the airport as we are first time visiting NZ.
We were also quite disappointed when we got the car. It looked like it was not thoroughly cleaned after the last user.
The car did serve us quite adequately for the duration of our trip.

Everything went smoothly from airport pick up to airport drop off. The car was very tidy and the person who helped us was very thorough with inspecting the car before we left the depot.

From pick up to drop off the customer…
From pick up to drop off the customer service was 10/10. The team were friendly and helpful. We were able to get a car with a car seat at a really affordable price. As soon as we had dropped the car off the shuttle was already there waiting for us. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from Omega Rental cars again.

Good service. Phoned to check for suitable vehicle for a family of four and was provided sound advice. Reliable vehicle and economical. Baby carseats installed on pickup. Gps device fitted by service tech onsite. Shuttle bus service from the airport and on return. Thanks for your professional service.
