The vehicle was what we ordered and not some substitute. Competitive priced, undamaged and exceptionally clean. The staff took the time to run through the key features of the vehicle….and the vehicle handbook was in the glovebox for a change - other companies to note.

Cheap and cheerful
Good price but you get what you pay for and we were provided with a very disappointing and old car.
Staff were friendly.
We went to the wrong pick up address, and more clarity regarding the fact there were two very similarly named addresses in Wellington would have been appreciated.

The car was so very easy to find
The car was waiting out of hours as required, though it was slightly fraught hours beforehand as I hadn't been told of paperwork that needed filling in before any handover could proceed. It was a very stressful couple of hours. Handing back the car was a doddle in comparison. The car was very clean on pick up, so I would recommend Omega Car Rentals
