My experience with One4all has been incredibly disappointing.
The first issue occurred when my card showed a zero balance while I was trying to pay in Tesco. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the problem was on their end. The funds were eventually loaded onto the card, but only after waiting two working days.
Just three days later, I experienced another payment failure while shopping in TK Maxx Dundrum. I want to commend the staff there, particularly the lady who assisted me. She was patient, professional, tried multiple tills, and even spoke with One4all customer support. Unfortunately, despite all her efforts, the card still would not work.
What made matters worse was the poor customer service I received from One4all. The representative seemed unsure of how to resolve the issue and eventually asked me, "What do you want to do now?" My answer was simple: I just wanted to spend the €100 that was loaded onto my card without any hassle.
Instead, I was told I would need to wait another two working days for a replacement digital card. Only after selecting this option was I noticed on the email I received of additional spending terms and conditions, which had not been explained beforehand.
As a result, I wasted both time and fuel making separate trips to stores that accept One4all cards, only to be embarrassed at the checkout on both occasions due to issues entirely outside my control.
To make matters worse, I know of at least three colleagues who received cards showing a zero balance despite our employer having already paid for them. Based on this experience, I will be recommending that my employer return to using Dunnes Stores vouchers instead.
Overall, this has been an unacceptable experience. I believe customers affected by these repeated failures should be compensated for the inconvenience, embarrassment, and wasted time caused by One4all's service issues.

Love the new virtual Visa option. It was easy to move from my reloadable One4all to a virtual Visa. Now I can use it anywhere.

It is so difficult to actually spend the amount you have on the card and any remaining balance after 12 months One4All start taking a monthly fee. The website claims you can use the cards with 1000s of retailers both in store and online but in reality you cannot.
A lot of retail outlets may have accepted these cards in the past but now no longer do and same goes for online. There is a 50 Euro cap in place when spending online as well even if your card has a balance higher than this.
The website also claims you can swap your One4All card for other digital gift cards Amazon/Playstation/Xbox which was great but now they no longer even allow you to do this and the mobile app is one of the worst I have ever used.
The company I work for used to give us these gift cards each year but have switched to CleverCards and they are so much better as they work just like a Mastercard and can be used anywhere without limitations. I would not recommend One4All to anyone.

I ordered a number of gift cards in one purchase. It was very easy to navigate. One feature I like is that you can see who has or has not claimed their gift card.

Never ever buy one4all, they are the worse card you could ever buy..
Says it can be used here there and everywhere, but in reality it cant. Can't be used online anywhere..
Choose clevercards if your a business far better.

I received a physical One4all gift card about a year ago and only recently decided to use it. The problems started immediately: peeling off the sticker to reveal the PIN was so difficult that the code became unreadable. I had to contact customer service, who eventually issued a digital replacement.
To activate it, I had to register on the website. When in the shop, I tried to access the card on my mobile phone, I was told I needed to download the One4all app. After downloading the app, I was then informed that I couldn’t actually use the app to pay and would need to transfer the card into my Google Wallet instead.
I added it to Google Wallet and, after two attempts at the shop, finally managed to use it.
I understand the need for security, but the entire process was unnecessarily complicated and frankly farcical. I sincerely hope no one ever gives me a One4all gift card again.

Terrible customer service. It would be better to just give the money directly.

I liked that I didn't have to queue in a post office to buy 48 vouchers. However I am gifting these vouchers and I was very disappointed that every voucher was in a sealed envelope with my full name and home address on. It now means I have to buy appropriate envelopes and remove my personal information. It backfired in me as with regards to time.

Absolutely dreadful. We recently found a one for all voucher we got for our wedding 2 years ago. €15 euro has now been deducted due to inactivity. I am Absolutely furious and disgusted. I will never purchase a one for all voucher ever again and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid them. The monthly charge is ridiculous.

Couldn't get my cardboard card to work. Trying to buy a e100 PS5 voucher.
Rang customer service, girl said transactions are only available in e50 increments at a time.
Why have a e100 card option at all so?
Also very slow to send codes...
With the initial extra 'processing' or admin fee or whatever it's called, I don't think I'd use this service again.

Avoid at all costs. I requested that my €1000 be transferred into my bank account. Their charge is €16. That was over three months ago and despite over 20 phone calls, I have still not received my money. Every time I call, I get a different story regarding when the transfer was made. It was never made. I am going to have to go down the legal route to get my money back. An absolute total scam. Do not risk using them
