Once again.
Easy process and the fact you can take advantage of the virtual visa is a great feature.

While not every retailer takes the One 4 All vouchers, it was great to be able to convert the voucher to the virtual prepaid Visa card. At least this card type is acceptable for all online purposes.

I transferred a one4all gift card over to a one4all visa which is supposed to allow me to use the card anywhere a visa is accepted and that hasn't been the case for me. I contacted one4all about it on a Monday and was told I'd hear something within 24 hrs which I didn't, contacted again Tuesday the same thing and Wednesday yet again. Finally on Friday I was told that that the customer service agent would escalate it and I hear back within 24 hrs which I did. I got an email to ask me to send them a photo of the error message. The error message I had previously detailed in all of my phone calls throughout the week so it just seems like another delay tactic and I'm still unable to use my card.

I purchased a €50 gift card to avail of the Valentines promotion whereby you could receive a free €5 top up on a further €30+ purchase. Got no promotion code so queried with One4all and got a promotional code which didn't work. Now a week later and still not sorted while I have been asked to try again and send screenshot of error etc. followed by more and more requests for information already provided. Disastrous customer service. Failures at a systemic level evident and little prospect of a successful resolution at this point. Have escalated to Formal Complaint Procedures and will be going all the way with this. Beware when contemplating purchasing cards from One4all everything's great until it's not and then, it's a total disaster trying to get properly listened to. What should be a simple routine customer service matter easily rectified can become, as in my case, an epic adventure in failure compounding failure. I fully expect to have to escalate my complaint to The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.

Dreadful company. Can login on website but wont allow me login on App. Customer service cant help and takes two days to reply to every message. Website is clunky and has no clear instructions how to convert cards to virtual visas. No idea how this company is trusted with millions of euros at a time.

It is a very easy process to order online, digital vouchers are delivered directly to the recipient's email and I can easily customise the voucher with photos/text. Vouchers accepted in over 13,000 outlets. I highly recommend.

the fact that they deduct money from your voucher over time is disgraceful. using the app is not as easy as it should be.

The worst. The website is not good at all; you have to log in many times. The authentication code takes forever toarrive in the email. The interface is not user-friendly. When you try to make online purchases, it is hard to find stores that accept them, and it is not easy to enter your card details. I don't recommend it. If you want to make someone happy, don't give them this card, especially the online one; they will have a headache.

Just tried to use my One4all card and it was rejected I rang customer service and got a replacement for the full value but I would never want to get One4all again too much hassle and too many complaints. Also had problems with a previous one

I have been a One4all customer for many years. I currently live overseas and recently wanted to send a digital gift card to a friend in Ireland. Unfortunately, I found the process extremely complicated and frustrating.
To send a digital card, the system requires a one-time verification code that can only be received on a Irish or UK number. As I live overseas (NZ), I do not have an Irish number, and there is no option to receive this code on my international number or via email.
This is confusing, especially since a verification code is already sent to my email every time I log in. It would make far more sense to allow the same email verification process when sending digital gift cards.
I had intended the gift to be a surprise, but because of this restriction I had to ask my friend to share the verification code from his Irish mobile. Even this did not work over the weekend, the text messages never arrived despite multiple attempts, and trying a different mobile number also failed. In the end, I had to abandon the idea and tell my friend I couldn’t send the gift on his son’s birthday because your system was unable to deliver the verification code.
I did not want to continue using the service, but I had already purchased the digital gift card.
Eventually, I was only able to complete the process on a weekday when the verification text finally came through.
I would like to understand why this service is so limited and unreliable, particularly if verification texts cannot be received on weekends. Why is there no option to receive the verification code via email for sending gift cards, just as there is for logging in? This would make the service far more accessible for loyal customers living overseas.

I got a 200euro card from my work. I am unable to activate it as everytime I try to verify my ID on the website it won't upload. I have reached out multiple times to customer services and still have not been give a solution.

Extremely frustrating checkout experience trying to order work related vouchers. What made it so fristrating was the total lack of customer support from One4all to help identify and resolve the payment issue.

We purchased One4all gift cards as a company benefit for employees. What should have been a simple, positive gesture turned into a complete failure.
Employees cannot activate the cards, no matter what they try.
We have attempted:
multiple browsers and devices
private/incognito sessions
mobile app vs website
repeated attempts over several days
Every attempt ends in vague failures such as “Failed to claim card” or, incredibly, raw developer-style errors like “An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details.”
This is a paid financial product, not a test environment.
Support is effectively non-existent:
Phone lines go unanswered
The website contact form itself returns internal error messages
No meaningful response via email
What makes this especially frustrating is that One4all actively replies to Trustpilot reviews, yet basic customer support requests — including ones required to activate cards already paid for — go unanswered. The contrast is striking.
From a business perspective, this is unacceptable. We are now left explaining to employees why their “gift” doesn’t work, while spending time chasing support for an issue that should never exist.
We will not use this service again and strongly advise other companies to avoid One4all for employee rewards. The platform is unreliable, support is absent when it matters, and the reputational damage falls on the business that purchased the cards — not on One4all.

It is so difficult to navigate through verification process and after a month I still can't verify my card

Very poor support for retailers. As a shop that accepts One4All cards, we’ve had an extremely frustrating experience. Emails are never answered, no matter how many times we follow up. The phone line is just an automated system that sends you around in circles, and no one ever picks up. When issues arise, there is no real customer service or support for businesses. This makes it difficult to operate smoothly and resolve problems. We would not recommend dealing with One4All

I was happy I could change my All4One to a Visa card
