Massively inflated costs to fix issue
The engineers sent as part of my emergency cover attempted to charge me £132 for a part which costs £8. In addition to this, they attempted to charge me £350 labour cost.
A local plumber fixed the issue for £125 including labour and parts.
Be aware of what you’re being charged for with this company.

It is extremely difficult to cancel your policy once you get their insurance. I have phoned around and been passed around and found I had been transferred to a Platinum Club (Invitation only )against my will and discovered I needed to pursue them in order to have my policy cancelled. Such a time taker!

Our car was stolen last October, recovered 2 weeks later and subsequently repaired so we thought all was good.
Yesterday we went to buy another car and was told it was registered as stolen recovery, this was an error by your company and made us look like criminals this should have been updated once the vehicle had been recovered, hopefully you have resolved the issue.

My car has been written off,
I feel like I am being bullied into giving my bank details for an interim settlement before a settlement has been agreed. They are also saying I will be liable for the car hire if I do not give my bank details.
