First time I have insured with this company and I am so pleased with the professional way my claim has been dealt with. My car was hit by another driver whilst parked in a high street, I wasn’t even in the car, but everyone I have contact with has been helpful and thorough, I am so grateful for their support.

I am having an awful experience with one call insurance.
My car has been written off,
I feel like I am being bullied into giving my bank details for an interim settlement before a settlement has been agreed. They are also saying I will be liable for the car hire if I do not give my bank details.
