No confirmation on delivery.
Ordered on Wednesday 18th January. I've had no confirmation from the seller. I've emailed twice in the last week. I've also tried through their Facebook page with no success.
All I want is confirmation, I don't mind if it's going to turn up next week, I just want to know.

Never arrived and no reply
Ordere before christmas. Due to royal mail strikes was expecting a delay on delivery, but it has now been almost a month and still no delivery. Contacted Nigel thru email replied asking for information, but since i have replied there has been no answer, fb messenger message sent-no reply. Multiple emails sent - ignored!
TOTAL SCAM! Do not buy!

We can;t find Max Cooke on system can you pm facebook with your email and we can resent and refund. Sorry about this, there been problems due to post strikes, we always send out same day but post strikes have caused problems.
10 chilli chips
Ordered a box of 10 chilli chips on 26/11 for a work xmas party, didn’t get confirmation email or dispatch email so I contacted using the contact page on the website on 6/12. No reply but they turned up a couple of days later. Unfortunately too late for my work xmas party…
They were sent by tracked 48 so I don’t see how they could’ve been mailed on 26/11 and been so delayed. Even so, tracking details would’ve been nice so that I was aware of this.
After trying one the texture was a bit stale. I checked for a best before date but on the packaging it said ‘best before see label’ but couldn’t find any labels with that info.
They were quite expensive but the website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed which was partly why I purchased.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews and will update if the situation is remedied. However, no communication via email leaves me with little option. I understand that there is now a facebook contact available but I don’t use facebook.

GOT THE ITEMS BUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
UPDATE: I got my package but I think they need to up their game on updating customers when they dispatch items and possibly provide tracking information.
3 stars as their customer service is basically non-existent

Luckily paid via Paypal so I can get a refund. Would highly recommend reading reviews before attempting to buy from this company!!

Don’t waste your £6
Delivered quickly, however it’s not really that hot, I was putting it off for ages and the mrs and kids mithered me to do it, did it without even having a drink, everyone disappointed haha, don’t waste your £6 I’ve had hotter curry’s than this.
