Excellent Customer Service

I have been purchasing from O’Neills for over 15 years now & always love their products because they are such a good quality. I received an incorrect item last week but I was very impressed & grateful for the customer support I received from Dane who resolved & prioritised my issue very promptly.

Looking for items to take to my…

Looking for items to take to my grandchildren abroad when I visit. Got some excellent tees for the kids and tops for the mum and dad. Great quality and well made. Very efficient service and website easy to use. Good value in the sale. Definitely recommend

Small fitting jersey

Bought a jersey for my daughter in October for Christmas. The sizing was exceptionally small so it didn’t fit. O’Neils refused to exchange it even though it had tags on and has never been worn. Very narrow exchange/return timeframe and zero flexibility or customer service.

I was given a Jacket for Christmas by a…

I was given a Jacket for Christmas by a family member. It was too small so I wanted to get a bigger size. They didn't have it so I asked for a credit note.
They only refund me the sale price of 25.00. it was 40.00. I felt this was very mean. They told me it was company policy. All the labels where on it. I don't have the receipt as it was a GIFT. Every year I spend a lot if money in O'Neill's but not any more. I think at Christmas there should be some leeway. So they have lost a good paying customer. Marks and spencer always issue a credit note in such a situation. so vote with your wallet lots of sports shops around

The week before Christmas I discovered my order was a personalised order. I was unaware the club gear is classed as personalised which left me under pressure for a much wanted Santa present. Eimear went above and beyond to help ensure my order arrived in time. She is a credit to your team and could not have been more empathetic and helpful.

Ordered an item early December. Money taken from account and no confirmation email and no delivery as of yet. Impossible to contact. Outside of AI rubbish haven’t been able to speak to anyone. Awful customer service

Brutal customer experience

Brutal customer experience. Place an order and get zero confirmation emails. Contact support and they gaslight you... Get a grip O'Neills and sort your processes out. Also, your lead times on shipping is disgraceful in country. Still don't know if my purchase is being processed and funds were taken.

Warning to all US customers, don't buy anything

The import tax on a $60 shirt was $44. When filing a complaint with DHL, they indicated that O'Neill sports could have easily estimated the import tax on the item. Instead they chose to say unknown. If I had any idea it would be that much I wouldn't have thought an item. So buyer beware

Oneils Bristol

Oneils Bristol. Having a great night until we were told to ‘get up’ and give our
Chairs back, no please no thank you and when we asked to speak to a manger we were laughed at, considering we had spent a huge sum of money there was no apology or consideration. Definitely would not return and spoilt what was a great weekend away. Would give zero star review if we could.

Quality Goods

2nd purchase for me , as I was so pleased with service I got when visiting their shop in Dublin. Once the goods were posted they were with me in Scotland within a day .Real quality goods and they kept me informed. If anything the processing could be a bit quicker, but well worth the wait !
