I came upon OneNeighbor through a…

I came upon OneNeighbor through a neighbor and it was the best decision. They did a great job cutting my grass for a great price and would recommend them to everyone. I probably will be adding more services in the future.

It was not mowed to my satisfaction

It was not mowed to my satisfaction. They were more in a hurry. Even though he advised me it shouldn't be cut lower than what I wanted. He apologized and told me he will mow it more lower next time.

The app is great and helpful

The app is great and helpful. Let's me know basically everything happening. The overall lawn service looked professional and they followed my Notes/Special Instructions. The previous time the service neglected the same notes/instructions. So thank you to the Bandas Lawn Care Company who serviced my lawn this time around. Hope I get them or similar again.

So far not impressed.

Update. Finally got service on Wed. Did a fairly good job. I was home and watched him complete the job. Even though I watched him blow off the sidewalks, I still had to go out and do it again as it wasn't quite up to my high standards. Upgraded my rating from a 2 star to 3.

So far, the service has not been good. Was suppose to have servoce on Mondays. Recieved no email confrimation and no one came. Got an email Monday night for Tuesday service but again, no one came. They haven't been doing a good job but for what I pay, I don't mind doing some touch ups. But when they don't come at all, that's another story. Couldn't stand it any longer and went out and weed wacked myself tonight!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed…

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with their services. We tried them 3-4 times and they roll over everything while mowing, tear up water cans, rain gutter extensions, don't clean up after themselves, never smile. Big or small, not happy with their services. We chose to cancel the services (very hard to hear the people on the phone) and noone asked why or apologized for our experiences with their services.
I could have given them many referrals but based on the people they sent to our home, I can not comfortably recommend them.

DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS SERVICE!!! This company has horrible customer service. You call and they take a message and say they will get back to you. When you finally talk to a person, they DO NOT FOLLOR THROUGH with your request. They also charge for services NOT RENDERED. I cancelled my service on April 1 both with a person and an email. Service still came out and they charged me even though they did not complete the job. I was charged again yesterday for a service that was not done at all!!! Pick you local lawn guy, much better service and they really work with you if needed!!!!

Don't waste your time...

I unfortunately went with the good reviews OneNeighbor had on Google and set up service with them; only to wait over a week for my appointment(which was for April 1st) that likely at no point had an actual vendor assigned to it. And no one bothered to reach out and alert me to that fact until I received an automated email from their system after 10pm the day they didn't show up. The email stated my service hadn't been marked complete, so they would have to reach out to the vendor or possibly find another for my area.

I sent their customer service a total of three emails in regards to the situation (that have still gone unanswered) and called twice (Had to leave a voicemail the first time, due to call volume; and on the second try, their phones were on service). I finally got disgusted and removed my payment info and deleted my account on the app. I don't even know for sure if my account is fully removed, since - surprise surprise - I never got a confirmation. It also states on the website that you have to call or email them to cancel, so it's pretty much up in the air at this point.

It's really disappointing the way OneNeighbor handled (or didn't handle, actually) this situation, because a missed appointment wouldn't have been a big deal had they just simply communicated with me and not wasted my time.

But, all in all, if you're thinking of going with OneNeighbor for any service they state they provide, you may wanna look elsewhere.

Easy for pet waste removal

We scheduled pet waste removal service through OneNeighbor, and it was super easy. The technician showed up on the right day, left a note, and our yard is poop free.
