Ben in Poplar Homes Accounting Does An Outstanding Job

Ben in Poplar Homes Accounting does an outstanding job! He responds quickly and thoroughly and follows through to make sure his clients receive the type of service that they expect. As an example of how Ben responds, last month I was very critical of how Poplar Homes handled the rent transfer payment and told Ben I expected to receive this payment in 5 days or less. This month, with Ben’s follow through, the payment was received in two days! That’s great service, Thank you Ben!

Not worth it!

With Onerent, I always have to double check what they are doing and followup with them myself. Given that I'm based out of the US in a different timezone, this makes it very difficult and also defeats the purpose of having a property management service.
For instance, once they tried to make me pay for a damage that was done by the tenant and I had to read them a clause in the lease that they created for me.

The team has been very responsible and always on my side to help out. They have made the rental management experience much easier. In addition, when it comes to working with government to get the support, they have always been very helpful and constantly provided us updates for the progress. I like doing business with this company. The last 2 employees I dealt with were very helpful. They followed through with my questions. They are very thorough & gave me complete explanations. They are also extremely courteous!

Excellent follow through on repair

dishwasher not draining after wash cycle completed

The issue with dishwasher not draining after the cycle completed was resolved in less than 24 hours from the time it was reported. Thanks to ALTHEA D. MORENO for the quick response and follow up to make sure that the work was completed successfully.

The fence

The fence in the backyard blew over at the beginning of February when we had very gusty winds. Althea assisted us in the whole process of coordinating the repair with the owner and the contractor to get the fence repaired. Althea was very diligent with keeping us informed throughout the entire process.

Rea was fabulous

Rea was fabulous. Previous experiences with Onerent for maintenance issues were not always taken care of in a timely manner, but they have really gotten better in the last year.

Very responsible management. A few maintenances done well with low cost. Sometimes difficult to get resolution quickly due to high workload of contractor.
