As an example of how Ben responds, last month I was very critical of how Poplar Homes handled the rent transfer payment and told Ben I expected to receive this payment in 5 days or less. Not worth it!
With Onerent, I always have to double check what they are doing and followup with them myself. Given that I'm based out of the US in a different timezone, this makes it very difficult and also defeats the purpose of having a property management service.
For instance, once they tried to make me pay for a damage that was done by the tenant and I had to read them a clause in the lease that they created for me.

dishwasher not draining after wash cycle completed

The fence
The fence in the backyard blew over at the beginning of February when we had very gusty winds. Althea assisted us in the whole process of coordinating the repair with the owner and the contractor to get the fence repaired. Althea was very diligent with keeping us informed throughout the entire process.
