After having an extremely difficult month and panicking about calling one utility to explain some of my circumstances, i had kanishq call me and the support and understanding she had for me lifted a weight off my shoulders, she was extremely caring and listened and took in everything i had to say and worried about. Kanishq has to be one of the nicest people i have spoken to over the phone. Amazing communication and customer service.

Updating Household numbers
I had to update my package from 3 people in a household to 2. Tim was absolutely fantastic. Efficiency and prompt actions at its best. He didn't even leave me on the line whilst dealing with the tech issues on the system so said he would call back and he did. Thanks ever so much again.
