Tim Mirsadeghi really helped me sort out my utilities and made negotiating a better price really easy. He was honest and informed, didn't push me to decide, and even shared information from other suppliers that helped me decide. Thank you, Tim!

The signing up process is quite simple and straightforward which is definitely a big plus. The only downside is that I don’t really appreciate being chased up, which is how I felt with Daniel. I didn’t have my card at the time to add the bank details and I was at work. I told him I would be able to add the details in the dashboard after work and I was asked “what time will you finish work?” Quite evasive but I still replied the time and, at the time I received another phone call, one voicemail message and two text messages from Daniel. I mean, I understand it’s the world of business but do not appreciate feeling pressured.

Oh, wow! I asked a question on the customer service line on 29th August and then thought my concerns were resolved. Later that day, I realised they were not. I emailed, with a complaint. Six working days later, after numerous chases for a complaint acknowledgement, I proposed posting something here instead. Strangely enough, just minutes after my suggestion, I got a reply to say my complaint had been acknowledged! I shall wait with much trepidation as to what they come back with in "three working days time"...

Avoid One Utility Bill at any cost! My friend is in the process of moving houses and it turns that they've went into contractual agreement with her by automated agreement through using the details from the letting agent. Furthermore, they've set up a Direct Debit on her behalf, while she explicitly wrote to them she is looking to deal with providers directly. My friend had to invoke the Direct Debit directly with her bank. I appreciate every business is looking for new customers but this marketing strategy is way too aggressive!
