Good carpet

Good communication with regular updates on the progress of my order. Delivery was smooth and efficient and within the promised time frame. The delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. The carpet I ordered from the sample supplied was very good quality at a very reasonable price as was the underlay. Both were made from recyclable material and "breathable" which was essential for the intended location. Both have been installed for 3 weeks now and I've had no problems. Very pleased with both product and service.

Definitely unbeatable price. But delivery and return needs improvement. Delivery slot can not be chosen despite paying - can get 2 day window only which is an inconvenience. I had to give a hand because it was a one-man delivery. Very heavy carpets. Overall value but at a cost.

Ordering our Vinyl was nice & easy once we had our measurements. We didn't have to wait long before it all arrived. Nicely rolled & neat.
We are more than happy with our order and there was no need to communicate. Thank you!

It was very easy to navigate the site, and the choice of carpers and rugs were endless. Even the transaction was so easy, with no hiccups. Communication from the start to the delivery was constant, and on the day of delivery, the delivery person phoned an hour before arriving, so you had time to move any last bits of furniture to lay the carpet. People were very helpful when I rang to ask questions. The samples i ordered arrived promptly. Once I place my order its progress was daily. The person who did the delivery kept in contact whilst travelling and was helpful in helping us post the heavy rolls of carpet and underlay through the window!
