The second dose arrived a month and one…

The second dose arrived a month and one day after the first dose so I was a day late taking it. I spoke to customer service and apparently it’s normal for them to just send it out exactly a month later, regardless of the day of week or how many days there are in a month, so if you like to keep a routine, you can forget that.

I received my order on time and well…

I received my order on time and well packaged. I give 4 stars because the sharps disposal bin that was supposed to be included wasn't there. I contacted them and they made a note to include it in my next order however. Communication has been quick and easy so far, so that makes a difference.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I contacted the clinic to ask if my medication could be delivered earlier because I was going on holiday, and they were very understanding and accommodating. They changed my delivery date without any hassle, and everything arrived on time. I'm very grateful for their quick response and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
