No hidden charges!

You offered similar prices to competitors. However, you did not hide the cost of delivery as it was included in price. I commend you for your honesty and delivery. Excellent service.

Packaging was thrash

The packaging was not good . The medication was already soaked with the ice by the time I received it.

Work on the packaging
Dont just put it directly.
Bolt services are good. They will wrap the medication very well before putting in the ice pack

Rearranging delivery date and double charged

Tried to have subscription delivered early as I was going away on holiday. Despite arranging this weeks in advance, they waited until the day before the updated delivery to put the order on hold because *they* double charged me and then thought it was a new prescription. Did address the issue until after the weekend, by which time it was too late. Order arrived and was collected from post office, at room temperature.
