The reports were comprehensive and concise. Only thing missing on property reports was the transaction value on the purchase and sale of a property. Also, the format is quite attractive.

Be aware that they charge you an additional $30 within enter days of using their service. Not good policy.

Found about six things wrong and having a hard time chasing down the right person to correct the errors. A fellow Andy em me but I have not seen whether he will make the changes, yet.

It was easy to download the info needed from the County, it was a $1, but that seems affordable for the ability to get what I needed so fast.

I am looking to purchase property that Inhave little to no information on. I used this platform to get a report. The report was VERY helpful, I was able to get detailed information (parcel info, tax liens, forclosures, even previous owner names) I couldn’t has asked for a better report. These guys even followed up to make sure my report covered everything I needed.
