There are errors in the Texas Public Records including my personal information in OnlineDataReports.Com The information does not at all match my records in the county District Court files!!!!

I don't ever remember signing up for this service. I have been charged $28.95 for 2 months in a row. When I go into the web sight and click on sign on, it isn't even my e-mail !!! I called today and the recording said they are having issues with the phones and cannot take any calls. So I e-mailed them. Hopefully they will cancel and refund my money.

I believe I got scammed. They said it was a $1 report but they later charged me an additional $9.95 without my consent . So I called and they said I signed up for some package deal which is bull and is not even mentioned in the website anywhere. ??!!! Ridiculous.. When I called their help number a woman answered and said they would cancel the subscription for me but the whole thing was so suspicious. They literally answered the call asking do you want to cancel and I said "how do you know that I did not even say anything yet?" And they said well what would you like then.. And I said well I do want to cancel and gave them my name and email they requested from me and hung up. Then someone named Andy from their team emailed me saying they cancelled it for me. Then I looked it up on trustpilot and realized it was a scam. I am going to cancel my credit card to be safe. I doubt the email they sent is true. Probably more lies with more potential future charges. Great Job

SCAM! I thought the charge was only 1 dollar for a report of public records. Nowhere did it state the charge is actually 28.95 which was charged to my credit card on 7/13/2024 which i just noticed and I never received any type of report at all. Now that I came to this page I see that i was a victim of a scam!!

I'm sorry I didn't review this site first. As others have shared, I needed info to help my mom. I was charged $1 which I should have known was too good to be true.
There is no way on the site to cancel. I was then charged almost $30, 4 days later.
This is awful.

Absolute fraud. Claimed they never charged an additional amount of almost $30 and go figure you can see anything in relation to the "account" or purchases. The report also did not include what it said it would include. To top it off it seemed legit, as I went through what I thought was a government associated website. DO NOT USE! All these positive reviews were either bot created or paid for. No way they are legit.

SCAM! My bad for not being more careful when I did this. I thought the site was attached to my local tax assessors because that is where I started. With that in mind, the $1 dollar charge made sense. Four days later I am charged $30 and coming to this page, I now realize it is a scam. I called the 1-877-384-3451 and as soon as the woman answered she said, "you would like to cancel the account." I gave her my info and she told me it is now closed, and I will receive an email. So, I will monitor and see if I am being scammed again. You just can't trust anyone or anything out there
