Absolutely excellent
Absolutely excellent. I got over 200 applications in a matter of hours and they've gone over and above to respond to my newbie questions.
Next time I have to hire, I'm coming right back here, don't overthink it.
I am so happy that I found what I was looking for at Onlinejobs.ph.
When I started to dabble in working online, I remember my parents and friends telling me that online work is not “real” work. They looked at it as something to just pass the time, something you do in between jobs. But while doing some project work, I just knew that there’s another option, that there is something more stable than just one-time projects. I am so happy that I found what I was looking for at Onlinejobs.ph.
Cheaper not always good. Poor skils. Waste of time and money
I am Australian small health business owner. I was hoping to hire cost effective assitance for a siple tasks like uploading things on my website and social media management. I signed up for onlinejobs services to hire a team. I had so many applicants , it took me days to read thorough them.
Most had no reviews for previous jobs which made things harder.
The applicants who applied had beutiful resumes and lush portfolios, but in reality had really poor skills.
They turned out to be unresponsive, talking me up to higher pays saying life in Philippines is expensive, sending me private messages on my socials, posting inappropriate comments on my social posts , finally I trailed one person for simple uploading on website what turned up being disaster. I was spending more time correcting their mistakes .
Month and hours lost. I really had enough . I prefer to pay higher fees reputable company in Australia.

My only trusted source of job
My first remote work I got was from Online Jobs. It is easy to look for a job and communicate with the companies through their site.
Onlinejobs.ph is the reason why I am happy!
Onlinejobs.ph is the reason why I am living my best life! I have been chained to a desk for 9 hours a day, then spend around another 2 hours commuting. It's like the only time our family truly gets together was during dinner, and it was sad. I'm so happy that Onlinejobs.ph exists, it just makes looking for a job online easier because there's no middleman, I represent myself when I apply for a job.
I am very thankful to onlinejobs.ph
I am very thankful to onlinejobs.ph! I landed with a very kind client with team members that are easy to work with.

Poor Quality candidates. Read the fine print on "guarantees"
I had an underwhelming experience with OnlineJobs.ph, both in terms of candidate quality and customer service. Initially, I used their service a year ago and encountered candidates who did not meet our expectations. However, they provided a refund for my monthly fee after I successfully hired someone through Upwork.
Motivated by the positive experiences with our Filipino team members, I decided to give OnlineJobs.ph another chance this year while hiring for a different role, especially due to their money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the quality of candidates was again unsatisfactory, with many unable to answer basic screening questions. Moreover, this time, they denied my request for a refund, citing small print in their terms and conditions.
Based on these experiences, I recommend Upwork for hiring virtual assistants or staff members. Their review and rating system significantly enhances the hiring process, ensuring better candidate quality and overall experience

I wanted to give this site a go but the quality of the candidates are just so poor and the work ethic is also very poor. Off to upwork, fiverr and the rest I am afraid.

Great talent discovery and hiring experience.
OnlineJobs.ph has proven to be an invaluable platform for hiring workers. The extensive pool of talented freelancers, coupled with user-friendly features, has streamlined our hiring process. We've consistently found skilled professionals who meet our business needs. Highly recommended for efficient and effective recruitment.

Great platform to find virtual assistants. I was looking for a video editor, and most of the people that applied were more qualified to a VA role. Since I could not find a video editor, and I was very picky I chose to refund, and they refunded me no questions asked, and they were so friendly in the e-mail. I will for sure return when I need a VA.
