The best platform! :)
The best platform! I got all my clients here. Very straightforward :)
I GOT SCAMMED
Onlinejobs ph do not meticulously review and verify their job posters.
I am a member of this platform since 2020. I never got a job in here since then. And recently, I got scammed for almost 50,000 php because a so called "employer" reached out to me via onlinejobsph. They sent me an email and said that I can do some tasks in Telegram. I initially received my salary and then the next day they asked me to participate in a "prepay" task which includes investing and getting a commission. Long story short, they kept asking and asking for money and in the end I didn't get any. If I never entered this platform, this could never have happened. I never gained anything in there except the trauma and bills piling because of the scam which could have been avoided if people in this platform required proper legit documents from the employers.

Quality of this website is going down fast!
This website used to be good, but quality has diminished on both the employer & employee side. it seems like employers are looking to scam, and employers aren't really hard working because they're all fishing to find a decent employee. unfortunately this isn't the place to be anymore... be aware of scams. i've been scammed twice in 6 months on this side. they steal your company information

Workers refuse to verify identity!!!! dont give access to your accounts to strangers!
site wants you to hire workers without identity verification. the scam website onlinejobs wants you to give access to your accounts and data to complete strangers. thats their system to protect their scammers!
Hi,
This is Arleen from OnlineJobs.ph support.
We do not allow collecting personal sensitive information like passports, IDs, etc during the interview process. You need to change your interview process.
For now, your account is deactivated until we hear back from you, and confirm with us that this has been changed and that you won't be doing it again.
this is what they send me. disabled my account and did not refund me! STAY AWAY AND KEEP SAFE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

The site is good but it depends on the workers you get...
The site is good but I had to go through a lot of low quality applications to get a good worker for the roles. In addition, of the 3 I hired, within 1-2 months, 1 had to leave almost immediately after I hired and trained her, and the other one decided not to do full time as we discussed initally, even though she said she was very happy with the pay. However, she wanted to piggy back off of me and another client which left me frustrated and disappointed I did not come up with an official contract at the beginning to have her full time. She then demanded I pay her weekly payments instead of every 2 weeks, even though she couldn't give me the hours I was looking for. I told Online Jobs about the issue and their response: "You cannot 'force' someone to work for you", tried to upsell me a $500 program to recruit a potential candidate for me and left me on read after that. The other candidate seemed very promising but still requires a lot of training. So overall it is okay, but didn't reduce the stress. It takes a lot of time to find the right candidate like any other platform, and you train them on everything but it doesn't mean they will
stick with you (as was my case). I shared all my secrets and the ropes of the job in paid training only to have it thrown back in my face, I guess that's the risk you take. The rates are typically lower than what you would pay on Upwork. Although the workers I've had on Upwork have so far stuck with me since first in operation, so it's up to you which one best suits your needs.

Onlinejob.ph is the best platform that…
Onlinejob.ph is the best platform that made my job-hunting so easy. I can say I am lucky enough to tell that I have never been out of work from the day I got my first job here until I finally decided to resign from my corporate job and to focus on my freelancing journey. Thank you so much to all my previous and current clients, and of course, onlinejob.ph.
