This platform has changed me a lot. It does not only allow me to land jobs but also it teaches me life lessons that I would carry throughout my journey.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I started looking for jobs at OnlineJobs.ph way back 2019 when remote work was just starting. I started looking for remote work to accommodate my studies. I’ve been a user for more than 6 years and I got all my jobs or clients from this website. Very reliable and secure.

I love onlinejobs.ph
I've used onlinejobs.ph, which is a platform to specifically hire online Filipino workers, several times since 2016. It is very affordable and gives you access to thousands of excellent professionals in the Philippines - of all levels. So, whether you have s startup or you are an established business, you'll find an OFS to meet your business needs. I have hired several workers for medium-term positions, and they have all been great. You just have to vet your OFS properly, and just be an informed employer. And you can learn how on the site, as well - the founder John Jonas makes it easy to get good at outsourcing. He even wrote a book on it - The Outsourcing Lever by John Jonas. My experience has been great, and I know I'll be coming back to this site again and again to hire new team members.
A jungle of good for nothing
A jungle of "fake it till you never make it".
Fake bio, fake portfolio, fake experience, poor work ethic. 99% of candidates are good for nothing. They never learn how to do well even just one thing. When in doubt, they disappear.
There are profiles that have been for years on the platform and still have no reviews, which means that they've never done anything or those who fired them took pity on them.
I wish I had never hired 90% of those I've tried so far.
The management is not helping to improve the level of the offer.
To be fair, I should say that I had the same problems with other similar platforms.

You won't find a real person here. Only bunch of people looking to work 0.5-1h a day and charge for a day
Beware of Using OnlineJobs for Hiring
Our experience with OnlineJobs has been highly negative, and we urge other business owners to proceed with extreme caution. Here are the key issues we faced:
False Information on Resumes: Every candidate we encountered provided resumes with no verifiable job history. All references were linked to companies without websites, using suspicious Gmail addresses created in the same format.
Lack of Work Ethic: None of the 17 hires worked for a full 8-hour day. The most diligent worker only logged 1 hour and 47 minutes of actual work according to our records. The rest falsified records to claim they were working.
Unprofessional Behavior: One hire went to sleep 10 minutes into her monitored training session without any explanation or apology.
Resource Drain: This entire process has been a waste of time and company resources.
Falsified Identification: Many candidates provided fake IDs, making it impossible to trust their verification status. Some even lied on official IRS documentation.
Incompetence: Out of nearly 160 interviews, not a single candidate could perform the contracted work adequately.
Sub-Par Work Quality: If any work was done, it was of such poor quality that it posed potential legal issues. It is better not to let these workers handle any critical tasks.
DO NOT CONSIDER THIS WEBSITE FOR HIRING
OnlineJobs is not suitable for EU/USA businesses. The platform advertises itself to applicants as a VA site, but to employers, it is presented as a regular contracting site, complete with misleading salary matrices for real jobs (e.g., designers, developers).
Final Warning
WATCH OUT! VERIFY EVERYONE ON THIS WEBSITE.
This has been the worst source for hiring workers we've encountered. Do not trust resumes or website information. Double and triple-check all work done by these hires.
DO NOT TRUST A SINGLE LINE OF SENTENCE EITHER IN RESUME OR ON THE WEBSITE.
Avoid the significant waste of time and resources we've experienced.

Onlinejobs.ph is one of the best job…
Onlinejobs.ph is one of the best job sites where you can get legit clients!! Been on this site for four years and looking for more years to hone my skills thru their clients!
I am so impressed with Onlinejobs.ph!
I am so impressed with Onlinejobs.ph, but I must recommend that you start with the OneVAawayChallenge. John does short videos that are literally step by step for finding your next team member. Best $99 spent to make this process even easier.
The onlinejobs.ph website is simple to use and easy to manage. Sign up for the $69 account so you can contact potential hires.
I had a couple of questions and ended up interacting with both owners, John and Dan. They BOTH answered my question - and went above and beyond to help me. Truly excellent!
Thanks so much for this great service!
The payment was seamless ang charges…
The payment was seamless ang charges are not like upwork.
dozens of opportunities
this is a legit website! dozens of opportunities, i got most of my clients here. i started in the pandemic era. downside is no filter for scammers that posts telegram acct instead of applying thru ojph. no option of changing profile picture (without notice to user that they will disable it) so I cannot update mine on my most recent and more professional photo. i also dont like that they notify your other employer/s when you're getting hired at the same time. payment is thru paypal or payoneer. has free time tracker for your employers as well. overall, i recommend this site to my friends and colleagues!
Awesome platform
Those free applications points daily is very useful. Also very simple to apply and get clients.
I like how easy it is to apply and you…
I like how easy it is to apply and you don’t need to buy a points as it is given to you often. The bad thing I don’t like is the employers can leave a review to the VAs without them knowing and hiring. What’s the point? How can they improve? Isn’t that the point of review/feedback? Also, employers can see if you are sending emails. Like wth? Maybe if OLJ is fair, then it is 5 star.
I like the user interface except Invoicing
I like the user interface. It's easy to navigate. However, invoicing a client doesn't work anymore. It always redirects me to create a Payoneer account even if I already have one.
