Disappointed
I would say that normally I get good service, but the orders have been slipping over the last few. Product is still good, but production time has been taking longer, and it's a waste of money to pay for faster shipping since OL takes longer to produce. I continued to order based on their quick turnaround...you'd have thought paying for next day shipping would have been a tip off that I needed the product fast. They mailed it Friday afternoon, now my "next day" turns out to mean Tuesday. In the future I'll be forced to consider alternative printers if I need something quickly.

Customer service changed my mind
Customer service reached out to me after I left a review. I’m changing my review from one start to three stars.
I dealt with three different customer service reps for my issue. Jessica gave me a five star experience. The other two gave me a three and two star experience, respectively.
I will very likely give Online Labels another chance in the future due to Jessica‘s customer service.
I should always double check my order before submitting, but there is a variance between the default finish options for rolls and stickers (glossy) versus the default for Sheets (matte) even when switching from one type to another. Maybe there is a reason for that, but as a customer, I don’t understand why they are different.
Very poor customer service
Been using Online Labels for some years and they were pretty good.
I placed an order on 1st December 2025.
When I enquired some weeks later as to where it was I was told it was "in production".
I've emailed since but got no reply.
Telephoned today but it just rang until I got "no one is available at extension 200"

I've ordered labels multiple times…
I've ordered labels multiple times and they’ve always been great until my last order. Most of the labels I received in my most recent order were off center. Some way more than others but all noticeable. I contacted customer service and they told me to email pictures and I did that a few weeks ago. I still have not gotten a response. Im a small business and cant afford to waste that much on labels that I cant use. I plan on contacting them again but will be looking for another option. I had to cancel a few orders due to this and I also cant have that happen again. I hate to be “that person”, I’ve never had issues with them before but the lack of response is what did it for me.

They don't let you pre-order sample to…
They don't let you pre-order sample to see if it fits your needs and your product. And when you order hundreds or thousands of the labels or stickers without getting your actual sample and then they come and it doesn't fit. Then you're stuck with this crap and you have wasted your money

Outstanding customer service! I have always had a great experience with Online Labels. I’ve had very few issues with their products and when I have, I was able to get through to Customer Service in just a few minutes and get answers/resolution. Horrible materials
I called this morning to get help with my label printing. The phone operator IVAIS and MATT was of zero help. I asked to speak to a supervisor but IVAIS did not let me speak to a supervisor. Instead he came across rude with a negative attitude. The arrogant MATT said he is working for 4 years so I cannot bypass him and reach out to their corporate office. It is strange to see this company hires these kind of material to provide customer service. Needless to say, it is uncomfortable to call their customer service number after such blunt disregard.
