Terrible customer service! Can't believe the time, energy, and issues I've had all the way from shipping and receiving my item, the quality and inaccurate description of my item, and the supposed "hassle-free" return! They have a hassle free return policy, but don't be fooled, because it is nowhere near hassle free nor are they polite (Matthew T.). Stick to Amazon, a place where customer service exists and quality products are what they say they are for an online shopping experience!

Been buying these sticker sheets religiously for almost 3 years for my business. People have always left amazing reviews for the quality so I never go anywhere else, but the last batch is absolutely and completely rubbish.

The white vinyl is slightly transparent so when sticking on dark surfaces the background shows through. The backing paper is much thinner and silky so it does not stick well to the cutting mat, and because of this, intricate cuts are difficult to make and end up peeling off the mat when the blade makes a turn and makes a mess of the stickers. They’ve even stopped giving sheets in box containers and instead put them in a sealable bag.

I don’t know why they’ve done this, they were always my “go-to” for my business but this will be the last time I use this company.

No minimum order. Large selection of labels. Reasonable delivery charge. Precise information of prices and delivery charge. Available options on different quantities. Easy to find What I am looking for. etc. etc.

Their stickers appearance ok but sticks with tiny white buboes all along. For home use is ok but I wouldn’t go with them for a serious project. Their customer service is lame too.

Great products. Truly happy with the quality. If you had A3 sizes as well, that would be great addition to the assortment.

Was so confused about using the label designer etc, phoned up, answered straight away and couldn't have been more helpful! Solved my problem instantly. Quick delivery, will always use them!

Great company, organised and items despatched quickly. The labels print perfectly with their maestro label designer making life easy and frustration free. Highly recommend

Used to be excellent but I ordered my labels on the 8th October and still have not received them! After contacting them I found out that they didn't even have some of my stickers in stock, they dispatched the ones they did over a week ago and now they are stuck n some customs queue.
Don't believe the timeline about when they will be delivered!

Always so happy with my order. The workers are so helpful and always answering my questions (I am very needy😂)
I know there has been some custom troubles as they’re based in Ireland, but this is totally out of their hands and do not deserve bad reviews for it!

Highly recommend and quality is amazing

Ordered some labels 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. My order states that the labels are currently "in production" - they should have already been in stock and dispatched by now. I'm really disappointed and frustrated because I wanted to launch several products but I'm waiting on Online Labels to send me my order... Also, it seems that an employee in Ireland has written a 5 star review to try to boost their rating. This is really shady! I have flagged this to Trustpilot.

Really happy with my order. Labels came in 3 working days and the designer software saves me so much time.

Just awful. Ordered on 3rd May, order status said due to dispatch same day. Nothing received, chased them two weeks later and was assured I would receive an update. No update came. Called again and was promised an update by 11am. Still no update. Called again, no reply. This was for a few blank stickers.

Update: After leaving this review I contacted the company through their Facebook page. I'm guessing this is the parent company in the USA. They responded quickly. My money was refunded and the stickers sent out the same day, I received them this morning. But, I shouldn't have to do this to be supplied promptly with the items I have purchased.

They used to be great, service is awful now. Deliveries take ages. When you order it states 1-3 business days for despatch. Then it just sits there on their system saying ready to despatch, but not actually being despatched. You have to chase and chase to get an answer. They also use Fedex who are next to useless and you can't find out any information. Login is a nightmare. Never remembers password so constantly have to reset, then it says it doesn't recognise your email, even though i've placed over 10 orders with them in last year.
Only good thing is their online designing template which is why i keep buying their labels. But I need to find another supplier now.

The company called UK online labels.com is based in Ireland which is obviously misleading. It should have been next day dispatch and their delivery time was quoted as 1-3 business days. My order was placed on the evening of 8 February, so should have been dispatched on 9 February and delivered on 12 February. The order was dispatched on 15 February and I am still waiting for it as of today 18 February. I called their UK number to chase my order and it was diverted abroad to a voicemail that said there was no-one to take the call. Please leave a message. Clearly unacceptable and I would advise the reader to order from a UK based supplier.

Appalling delivery time. took over 4 days to dispatch and then another 4 days to arrive.
Don't forget these guys are in the EU so use A4labels instead to get things quicker.

Ordered my paper a month ago and I emailed them 2 wks after I ordered. They said they were waiting for the stock to come on Friday, my order will be process before early next week. But still I'm waiting for the samples and the products I ordered. I thought I'm the only unlucky one but found out I'm not the one. I was on a high hope to get the product within a week as they said it won't be longer than 5 days to process and depends on the delivery type you pick but no I still have not received any of my stuff! Today I checked the status its still processing. I am very disappointed feel like it is a scam and everyone praising of it. Saw YouTube seems like everyone using it. Need to find a different company now.

We're about to give up with this company!
The product is great, no complaints there.....but the processing and despatch time is simply awful. Our latest order was placed 2 weeks ago, and on the tracker is showing estimated despatch no later than 5 days ago but it has not been depatched.
Our previous order took over a month to arrive.

Shocking delivery times which you have to pay over £5 for, will follow up with a review of the quality of the labels if they ever come

Ordered some samples at the beginning of October to try different materials for stickers. 2 months later, they still haven't arrived. I contacted customer service about a month after I ordered to ask about it, and was told they would prioritise my order but it is still nowhere to be found! I am highly disappointed as I was hoping to launch products for sale over Christmas, and wanting to give the benefit of the doubt I didn't go elsewhere. Got the 2 stars because the customer service was prompt, otherwise it would be 1!
