DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is not the gov.uk service which I thought I was using. I have been sent incorrect plans for 2 separate applications, given legally erroneous information and denied a refund for a service that has not been completed as I have un-useable documents on the grounds that I opted for the fast track service which cancels the 14 day cooling off period. Given this was offered not asked for, I had no reason to delay the process and in the gabbled reading of my rights missed this fact, I feel well and truly scammed.
Since posting this review (?helped by it and 2 further formal complaints) I have been offered a full refund, which I await. It is relevant that just prior to the offer of a refund the response to my initial review was a request for my order number, name and contact details as they were "unable to find the details of my case" .... as if!! I went through the charade of supplying this information as failure to do so may have resulted in removal of my review.
I have upgraded to 2 stars in anticipation of receiving the refund. I would still never use this company again.

Not clear what you are buying
It's not clear what you are buying with leasehold property. I paid for 2 documents neither of which showed me as being the leaseholder. I had to speak to someone and pay a third time to get the documents I needed and was then told they could take up to 7 days to come through on e mail. This has cost me over £70.00.
The new document that came through did not show me as the owner either. This despite explaining what I needed to the person on the phone. This means I have waster £70.00 and not got what I thought I was paying for. This is not good enough. How about giving me a refund as the service for which I paid was not provided.

I contacted The Land Registry about an unkempt plot of land at the back of my house which turned out to be unregistered. In less than 24 hours, the paper work was being sent and solicitors lined up for purchase. Anisha was beyond helpful and efficient and I can not fault her service. An excellent experience

Truly a rip off. The map location system didn't work so despite providing pinpoint OS grid refs and lat long details we were provided with the wrong documents. Don't use online Land Registry, you can get the same docs for 25% of the price here from the real Land Registry (via Gov.uk)
