Currently dealing with a 100 year old+…
Currently dealing with a 100 year old+ cottage which has been in the family for 3 generations, recently realised the property is not registered and no deeds. Messaged land registry and received a prompt response with a telephone booking next day. Spoke with Anisha who was so helpful and informative, talked me through what needs to be done, very happy to know that I can now leave this work with land registry to enable the property to be put on the market.

Very easy website to use and very quick…
Very easy website to use and very quick response. Downside is that the actual address is not on the pdf plan is sent which is a problem if you’re trying to prove something about a title.
