Two tires ordered, one received. Tried to get a replacement for the one that got lost, and was told to return the one I got instead. After returning, they only refunded me for one tire, the one they received. Have been trying to figure things out with them, and already lost hours in the process. Unsuccessful so far

Best experience I've ever had purchasing wheels online. I submitted a price match inquiry and had a response via text within hours. John with customer service, not only matched the lower price I found, but also beat the price. Spoke with him directly, and John made the ordering process smooth as glass and I recieved my wheels in 3 days. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Ordered 2 tires and they sent 2 mismatch tires. Will not respond to my complaint. Called many times with no answer or returned call. Never Trust Online Tires

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Sent me the wrong size tires. I did nothing wrong. It was a massive hassle to return. They no longer had the actual size of tires I order. Now I’m waiting weeks for a refund. I had to haul the tires all over to send them back. Avoid at all costs!!!!

First of all after putting in my order 2 day's later I get a tracking. I look at tracking they have wrong size listed. I call consumer support they said they would get that error fixed 5 day's later FedEx tracking says only label made. Call again they said left today takes FedEx 24hr to update that's a lie. 2 day's later FedEx indicates still only shipping label creation so I call same story shipping today. Next day no movement finally following day FedEx said they picked up tires. Still not tires. Now FedEx is taking tires from California to Pennsylvania so went past my state by 1000 miles to bring back to me? Still have not arrived 16 days so far. Don't use this company. My order was placed on September 14th it's October 1st

Bought tires and rims for my 2011 BMW 328i E92 - First claim I submitted they made difficult. Got awarded a new tire and it was shipped but I never received. They’re rude about the delivery of the tire showing me a picture of it at my apartment supposedly by GLS, yet wasn’t there when I got home. Then to top it off my second claim 501-000005543 ( that happened during the same incident as first claim ) was denied. Showing that even the tire shop refused to patch and repair said tire since it’s on inner wall. So now I have two highly and unsafe damaged tires that I paid a lot of money for, and their not holding true to their road hazard warranty. It’s very frustrating as well as disappointing. I will never buy from this “ company “ again. What a sham.

Bought 6 tires in total over the past 4 years. I also purchased the road hazard warranty insurance. Both instances I had to submit a claim for the road hazard, as it is suppose to cover any claim against the tire, which occurs and the tire is not able to be repaired. I have a 2016 Porsche Macon and you cannot plug the tires, so the 1st occasion I submitted the claim for a tire and ONLINETIRE.COM stated the dot was not correct. I just bought the tires 3 mpnth prior and there telling me I have to submit it to Michelin.I went back and forth and finally just bought another tire because I was driving on a donut. Second go around. Same thing. They tried the same excure with the DOT.
ONLINETIRES.COM. IS A SCAM WITH THERE ROAD WARRANTY. They continue to sell it and not honor the serviceability of the insurance. I submitted my pics receipt and no call back and just delays. then there saying they'll resubmit the claim. They hope youll just give up like I did the first time. This time there getting brought in to court.

Sold and sent me rims that would not fit my truck, despite the fact that I had them specifically confirm the fit prior to shipment (because I know that there are fit issues with my vehicle) and then went completely dark when I tried to return them. Filled out the online return form twice called and left multiple messages with "customer service," of which they offer none. Believe the rest of the reviews.

Very pleased with the customer service at online tires!! John was very helpful and stayed in contact and made sure my experience at online tires was good!! He was very helpful and couldn't ask for any better!! I highly recommend these guys and definitely will do business again in the future!! Josh. L

Worst experience ever. Stay far away from this website. As mentioned, they will ship you the incorrect tires or do the bait and switch tactic where all of sudden, the tires are out of stock and want you to buy something way more expensive. I have an investigation open with Walmart as I ordered through them with OnlineTires being the third party seller. I have called many times, and left messages for Johnathan (manager) with no return call. DO NOT ORDER!

Similar to other reviews, I ordered Bridgeston Driveguare tires (in stock) and the order was processed. Two days later I received an email stating the tires were not available. They tried to upsell more expensive Vredestein tires, same thing occurred, 2 days later another email advising they were not available. Beware of bait and switch! I ordered from another online company, tires were in stock and at a lower price.

Horrible customer service !!! They don’t l return emails or phone calls. I got the optional road hazard warranty, and what a joke that is they gave me the run around for 3+ weeks just to deny it. How do you deny road hazard ? Don’t offer this service if you don’t want to replace tires for free !!!

Awful service. Caning business attitude. I ordered 2 tires by phone Monday morning. Reason ? To check actual availability. The salesperson confirmed - 9 tires in stock, the closest to me warehouse is in Ohio, so free delivery and on Thursday I'm gonna get my order.
No order confirmation number been sent to my email. After calling them Tuesday I've been told they are out of stock ( !!!!) and if I want they can order tires from another seller but with extra $18.00 per tire for shipping.
I declined. Monkey business. Promised to issue a refund. I'm gonna see how soon they gonna release my money back.

I have always dealt with Tire Rack, they did not have my tires in stock and I was iffy over online tires...they proved me wrong! Ordered tires Wednesday evening at 8pm they were on my porch Friday at 1pm, Tire Rack has stiff competition!

Ordered a tire on 7/19 which they told me was in stock and that it would be shipped that day and they would provide me with a tracking #. No tracking # provide so I called back on 7/25. Told that they had to order it from manufacturer and had just arrived and that it would ship that day and I would get a tracking #. No tracking # provided so i called on 7/26. Informed then the order had been cancelled./ They charged my creit card anyway, Coffered no refund and I had to dispute the charge. I discovered that the tire had been discontinued. INCOMPETENT CROOKS !!!!

Purchased tires from this place with the warranty. One of the tires developed a bubble on the sidewall. I contacted the company and submitted all required documents, needless to say they wont even pick up calls now. Its been weeks and im still without a replacement tire. Dont offer a warranty option if you don't want to honor it!

Ordered some Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires for my Corvette, received them about 3 days after they shipped, very pleased with the price (best I could find) and the customer service - had to call a couple of times to get an issue resolved with the invoice but that was a minor thing. They even upgraded the tire to a higher load rating at no extra cost when they ran out of stock on the regular tire.

I try to return a tire, wrong size. So they charging for restoking fee and shipping, they make sure you don't get a full refund. It comes up to almost the prize of the tire. Not happy at all, I will NEVER recommend to anyone!!

I have ordered tires on three different occasions and have had exceptional service, fast shipping, great prices, and most of all top quality tires. Online Tires is my only tire supplier. Please forget about buying from any other tire supplier.
