While I'll agree with other reviewers that customer service could be better (I was a little nervous I didn't get confirmation of my order until after 5 unsuccessful phone calls and 2 e-mails), my car brand specific, high performance tires arrived at my east coast home just 5 days after ordering and in perfect condition. Moreover, the price was much better than from other retailers.

Maybe Covid-19 related staffing problems are causing customer support issues? I don't know. Regardless, Onlinetires.com seems able to deliver on the goods that count most and I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

Ordered two tires on 8/19/20, 8/22/20 only one tire at time of delivery but refused to accept it, called them 8/24/20 Monday morning and I finally received both tires the following day 8/25/20

Several weeks have passed and I still have not recieved my order. Phone rings for about 5 min then hangs up. They do not reply to emails. But they are happy to take your money. Other than writing bad reviews I'm screwed. Nothing I can do to get my money back

Ordered a set of tires from this company. Customer service is terrible. When I tried to call, the costumer service line never picked up. They stole my money and I have nothing to show for it!

I paidfor the tires they showed in stock and they advertised the tires would be delivered within the week and I didn’t get them. I’ve spent the last 2 weeks trying to reach anyone to help me but as with all scammers they got my money and turned off their google numbers. They’re not replying to emails or contact forms. I still don’t have a tracking number or verification that they shipped tires 3 weeks into this order, after they finally called saying they were going to downgrade my order from 8 ply tractor tires to 6 ply tractor tires. Don’t buy from them. They’re in California and it shows!

Placed order on tires that were in stock. Received email that tires had shipped the next day with tracking number. When you check tracking on FedEx, the tires have not left the facility. Cannot get a hold of a person in customer service or tracking. Finally, only way to get a live person is to select option for new order and after some digging, the tires never left their facility and had I not called, they would have never shipped them. Still waiting to see if they get shipped.

Most Extreme Waste of energy, effort, & most importantly (7+ days) of my time ever! Bar none the WORST EXPERIENCE (attempting to buy) buying tires online I have experienced in my 12+ years of doing so! BUYER BEWARE! If there was ever a scam artist cloaked as a "Legitimate Business" THIS IS IT!!!

Elite customer service. Was having trouble getting the prize I wanted and Kelly kept fighting for over an hour to make sure I am satisfied with the prizing match. She was patient and answered every question I had. She was very detailed every time I needed an answer to make sure I full understand the process of the purchase. Will definitely be shopping more at onlinetires.com. Thanks Kelly!
