I have used ONP Group several times for different services. My first experience was excellent—they were professional, efficient, and communication was outstanding throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately, my experience changed during the following two occasions. I lost both time and money due to delays and poor communication. While the service was initially very responsive, it has become increasingly difficult to get in touch with the team. It often takes several days to receive a reply, and there have been instances where I had to wait an entire day just to get a response to a simple question.
Based on my recent experiences, the quality of customer service has declined significantly. I hope the company improves its communication and returns to the high standards it once provided.
