Great service from Olivia who stepped in and got things moving right away when my initial solicitor Ola left without warning and was slow responses. Olivia answered all questions I bombarded her with and ensured everything was in place for me as a First Time Buyer so I could exchange and complete in time to not get a huge first bill.
