Bought a Nui Scooter over the web from On the Wheel. Received a prompt email from Alex Hodgett who then, over the phone guided, us through the whole process. We went to visit On the Wheel to find the scooter was going into the workshop for pre-delivery work earlier than anticipated. Bought some extras for the machine and have been very satisfied with the whole procedure. Everything has been as hoped for with sensible explanations for extras we have asked about. All told a place to buy from and Alex was most helpful.

I saw, and bought, a three year old Triumph, which was priced very fairly. I visited the showroom to inspect the bike, and had a conversation with Alex. We came to a mutual agreement for the part ex of my Guzzi, and the deal was done. I did have to wait 15 days before I could collect it, as the workshop was busy. I do think this is too long to wait when you have paid in excess of 10k for a bike. That said, the whole process with Alex was very thorough, and professional, and he was a credit to the business. I would use this showroom again if I were to change my bike in the future.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, offering assistance without pressure, overseeing a considerable range of motorbikes. A first rate, buying experience. In particular, Lenny at the desk made the whole transaction a pleasure, researching on my behalf, online prices and options for after-sale accessories and modifications.

I had seen a bike online and popped down and was greeted by Alex who was very helpful and patient with me and my questions, didn’t feel any pressure to buy which was nice, after we agreed a total for my old bike as a part exchange, Alex then explained the process of what happens next, counting the days till I can collect my bike, highly recommend using on the wheels as they are very professional and polite 👍

The company is a very tidy place and the staff member who attended to me Alex Hodgett was very helpful and friendly they also have a good selection of bikes if you are just browsing well worth the trip from Gosport

Lenny was a pleasure to deal with on the purchase.

Purchasing process was very easy and straightforward, the team was very kind and accommodating. However I was not notified of when the bike was ready to be delivered and the only way I knew was from the delivery company. The delivery company that they use is very good though. If purchasing a bike I’d recommend picking it up but if you don’t mind waiting you can get it delivered.
