Bought a Triumph Tiger 1050. Bike delivered yesterday in great condition. New battery and rear tyre fitted for the MOT which I wasn’t expecting but great to see.
Great communication from Alex throughout the process.

My husband was looking for a new scooter and went to On The Wheel to have a look. We were left to look at all the bikes he was interested in without being pressured or pestered and dealt with Lenny who certainly knows his stuff. My experience with on the wheel was smooth and pain free. Lenny Partridge, who I dealt with was very professional and informative and walked me through the whole purchase process. I would definately use this company to purchase your bike and accessories from.

I purchased a Peugeot Django 125 Scooter with only 571 miles on the clock, I have since done another 1000 so very low mileage. The front fork started leaking, I thought no worries as I paid an extra £100 for a warranty. I visited the service dept and advised what was happening and the person booked me in for the following week. I took a days leave, took the scooter in and was then told not covered for repair. I spoke with the sales team, to their benefit they called warranty people, should be covered. (told on Saturday, not covered) The service manager then said we will evalaute issue (even though only a fork seal needs replacing) and call me. I went home, NO CALL. I then called to be told they cannot get a fork seal (I went online and within a minute foud 3 suppliers. The service guy has zero customer service skills and did not have an answer, no apology for not calling. I returned to collect the scooter on Saturday as all trust of On The Wheel has gone (new name should be On The Buckled Wheel). I will get it repaired at my own expense. I will not be recommending this to my friends or will I return

Lenny was very helpful and thorough in answering questions, arranging viewing and some pre-purchase work on the bike I was interested in. Very smooth and professional experience - looking forward to picking it up soon!

Alex at On The Wheel was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the bike I was looking for. Great choice of bikes in the showroom and no pressure to buy. Bike was prepared ahead of schedule and to a high standard. Definitely recommend a chat with Alex if you're looking for your new bike

Visited On the wheel. Enjoyed the fact you could browse without being pounced on ! I met Lenny, he was brilliant , I purchased a bike and he made the whole process run smoothly. They made sure my bike had been completely checked over before I could pick it up, they replaced what was needed. Lenny was quick to reply to my emails and patient with me on the phone. Nice guy whose after sales have been brilliant .
Love my new bike and would recommend visiting this store if you want a good variety of bikes and a no pushy sales service .

The guidance from the whole team on what bike wold be best suited to what I wanted it for was invaluable, an extra thanks to Lenny who was really helpful and knowledgeable especially without making me feel stupid, with my lack of all round motorcycle experience.

Went in just looking and came out with my first bike; alex helped me out and made sure i understood the process well and made sure i had all the info and was very good service. Would reccomend:)

Went to "On the Wheel" with my son yesterday looking to buy a scooter, it was a brilliant experience, one of the best days in my sons life! We had looked at a few on the website so Ewan knew roughly what he wanted but was hoping to sit on the scooter & try it for size, he's 6ft5 so needed something substantial.
He settled on a Yamaha Nmax & Alex came over to move the bike out so Ewan could get on it
Alex showed my son where things were on the bike, the fuel cap & helmet storage etc & after we'd decided to buy it went through all the purchase details, warranty, servicing etc with me &
answered all of our questions
Ewan sat on the bike, took loads of photos of it & the deal was done!
The bike went off to get serviced & we left with the biggest smile ever on my sons face!! Cheers Alex 🙂
