Since installed 1st April finally got it working after several days
Now have an outage and nothing now for 3 days (tbf not just me)
Can't see any advantage as before in agreeing to upgrade to benefit from whatever the benefits actually are - reliability or doing what is says on the tin?

Brilliant installer let down by BT information

Our installer was absolutely brilliant. He was professional and thoughtful. He left everything neat and tidy and explained things clearly. I would have scored him 5 plus stars.
Unfortunately BT had provided him with inaccurate information about the broadband in the house meaning he had to drive and pick up a cable.

The engineer that came to install the equipment was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and a good guy. The broadband speed is now super fast.

I was messaged the evening prior to the…

I was messaged the evening prior to the installation to confirm I knew that an engineer was coming and the time slot he introduced himself in the message (Chris) and explained who he was,
When he arrived he was very polite, he had a a quick inspection of the area I wanted it set up in and outside of the property and the. Came in to explain exactly what he would be doing it took about 45 minutes and we was up and running at top speeds, Thanks Chris 👍
