What an amazing service. I was really struggling how to transport my relation, who is in a wheelchair. Everyone at the company from the people on the phone to the person who delivered the vehicle were so supportive. The vehicle was immaculate and easy to drive. The person who delivered it went through the process of securing the wheelchair etc.

I rented a WAV for my Gran and it was the best thing I have done. Andrzej was amazing. Even after his long journey he was still upbeat and showed me how to do everything. He arrived before time and was very welcoming

We needed a vehicle with a ramp to allow us to take our elderly dog on one last adventure! I spoke to Jade at ORA, she was so helpful and caring and when we were ready to set everything up she sorted without any issues. Ian Vikk delivered the vehicle early Saturday morning, took the time to get the rear clear for the dog bed and show me the controls. Great vehicle, we had a brilliant weekend and the driver (sorry I didn't get her name!) Colllected it the next day. Just a brilliant service from start to finish! Thanks to all the team at ORA!

Used this company twice now and have no bad things to say! Delivery and collection is amazing. I love that they offer 24 hours at a time so you can have it as short as you want, instead of most companies offering minimum 3 days when you only need it for one. Staff are very nice and the price is great. Definitely would recommend.

Once they found a vehicle for me the delivery and handover process was done so quickly and professionally. Andrzey explained everything about the car very clearly and gave clear demonstrations. He was friendly and helpful.

During Christmas, using ORA was a game-changer for my family and me. With our wheelchair accessible vehicle, we could venture out for a meal, enjoy trips to the park- something that my grandparents can’t do easily, but most importantly, spend the Christmas period at home together. The freedom it gave my grandparents was invaluable—no longer worrying about unreliable (and expensive local) taxis that had previously caused so much frustration. This service truly made our Christmas more enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. My grandpa is already asking when we can get the car back!

Everyone we spoke to over email and phone was incredibly helpful. The drop-off process was quick and seamless, and they explained everything we needed to know. The car itself was perfect for our needs.

My hire vehicle was pre delivered yesterday afternoon. The driver, Channa, was very professional, kept me informed of delivery times and completed a perfect handover. The whole experience was so easy, from enquiring right through to delivery. A highly recommended company!

I contacted ORA by chance whilst looking to hire a wheelchair assisted vehicle, they were very friendly and helpful, and also very competitive on price.
They delivered on time as promised, explained all about the vehicle and its functions, all very easy to operate. The vehicle was very clean, inside and out.

A first time hiring a mobility vehicle so no idea if the service would match my needs. The team were very professional in answering all my queries and made the on line paperwork easy to complete. On the date of the vehicle delivery I was given a call to advise the time of arrival and then given a thorough explanation on how the vehicle needed to be set up whilst carrying a wheelchair passenger. Overall experience was 10/10 and wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

The Service was great from every member of staff we dealt with. Jade in the office was very helpful with everything,as was the drop off driver and pick up driver. The vehicle was immaculate, easy to drive and very comfortable. The price of the hire included delivery and pickup service.
