it's a scam when you make an order they will send you another item with cheap price I have made an order to get an iphone but they send me toys guitars be carreful

fast,and trustworthy with products and complaints. i had a problem with them that was fixed straight away, not like the company called nierle.com who sent me wrong cdr and when it came to resolve the paypal dispute, they actually told me they would send me those cdr again,therefore i closed the dispute by stupidity since they never sent me anything and they don't reply my emails or calls because they knew once you closed a paypal dispute, you cannot open it again. my mistake and their cleverness made them to become a solid costume to this site( opirata).

I must say that Opirata's customer service is excellent! Contact and answer to questions is very quick and the overall service is more than great! I had a history with them and I must admit that the customer comes first. I ordered a huge hi-fi system from them (I'm from Ireland) and they did everything to deliver it. Due to a mistake they had, probably some internal error because I paid only 25 euros for delivery (110x80x60cm 80kg + smaller 12kg) when ordering, they cover the shipping costs (200 euros), even though it would be easier for them to just cancel the order and give me the money back, but they didn't! Great respect to Opirata for putting the customer first before costs. I will definitely come back to them and there is only one possible opinion about Opirata, as well as their products, which is awesome! I recommend them with all my heart and wish them success in these difficult times!

Webcam sin drivers para windows 10. Me ha sido imposible obtenerlos y por lo tanto no puedo utilizar la webcam.

Mi experiencia ha ido mala, porque compre una webcam , no es compatible con Windows 10,hice el formulario devolucion y ni siquiera me habeis contestado.
