We purchased a fridge, washing machine and tumbledryer from Optimum. They gave us money saving advice and delivered and installed on time and without any problems. I have recommended them to friends and family.

The optimum upload and down load speeds are disgusting. I pay $90.00 a month for garbage. Less than 5 Mps. Go were you can, but avoid optimum.

We dealt with Toby throughout our interaction with Optimum. We found him to be extremely helpful, open and honest. We bought hob, oven, combi microwave and fridge and have been delighted with our purchases. He even came and installed them himself and spent a lot of time getting everything right. We cannot recommend highly enough. It's good to shop locally, even better when the quality is high as well.

Very helpful staff. The fitter was very accommodating and worked well with us and our electrician enabling a very good job completed, would definitely recommend.

Really first class service from start to finish. Heather in the sales office was infinitely patient with me over several visits and many phone calls emails and texts as I faffed about trying to choose all the items for my new kitchen. She could not have been more helpful and she gave such good advice showing a really excellent knowledge of the products. The prices were good and the delivery went smoothly too. I am so appreciative of the service offered by Optimum. Many thanks to them, they were such a help.
