Very helpful staff - when there was a problem with the machine at first, an engineer came almost straight away.

Order taken efficiently. Product arrived on time. Delivery arranged to suit us. Delivery people were efficient. The over large continental plug proved difficult to position the freezer so the men changed it for a British plug with no fuss. What more could one ask of a company. I would recommend them and use them again .

Very quick in ordering our new AEG built in oven. Confirmed instal date and time met. Installers fitted new oven but unit wouldn't slide fully back due to the "flexible" rubber gas hose. Had to call out a corgi gas engineer.... he was not happy that the Optimum installers had gone ahead as the gas hob is supplied via a flexible gas hose.
Apparently FLEXIBLE gas pipes no longer legal. So had to call out a Corgi / gas safe engineer at additional cost pay for a fixed gas feed....

The item arrived on time and as described. Due to a change in location we collected the washing machine from their van. They were helpful and assisted us to load it onto our vehicle.

Fitters did a good job in dealing with non ideal wiring for a built-in fridge.

Very pleased with the excellent customer service from help with choosing the best models to fit my requirements from southwick branch through to delivery. I was so impressed with the delivery team who delivered and installed the fridge & washing machine i actually rang the Haywards heath branch to pass on my comments as they were so helpful, kind and courteous. Competitive prices. Will use again and have also purchased oven & hob in the past.

Friendly Knowledgable staff for who nothing was too much trouble. A big bonus was storing the goods until the builder was ready for them.

The staff from sales through to fitters were helpful and courteous. Delivery time was reasonable and as promised a phone call was made giving notice of the approximate arrival time. Fitters ensured that the appliance was operational before they left.

We purchased an AEG cooker. We found it was defective Optimum replaced It in three days. Excellent and friendly service which I am sure I would not have got if I used the internet!
