Ordered several ornaments over the years - this year the ornament’s screw for holding the hook couldn’t hold the weight of the ornament - it immediately fell and broke. I reached out to the company and the email back advised me to superglue it back together…they did NOT say “apologies let us make it right.” I will not order from them again.

Horrible customer service!I received a personalized ornament that arrived with the name smudged because they packed it before letting the ink dry. I contacted the company multiple times by email and phone to find out how to repair or replace the ornament. I never received a response and had to go through my credit card company to get a refund.

I order an item on dec. 16th and paid for faster shipping to get it before Christmas. They never sent the item. I tried calling them and sending them emails and they never answered. Then i finally get an updated after Christmas saying they can cancel the item. but i had to find out and never sent an email saying it was cancelled.

I would not give this company any stars, but in order to write this review I had to give them a star. I ordered Christmas ornaments on December 7 and never recieved them. After sending a couple of emails, it was marked in transit in my account but no tracking numbers were provided. Finally, someone one responded and said I will be refunded for my order. I haven’t recieved anything yet.

My ornament arrived broken and was not personalized per the order instructions. I cannot get a response from customer service.

Missing an ornament for Granddaughter and no one responds to my emails or phone calls! I am very disappointed and will not order from them again! Poor customer service

Not able to give it negative stars or I would. I made a $200+ order on 10/31/25, my address was automatically populated. I did not catch that the last two digits of the address were reversed. I was notified that the address was out for delivery on 11/13 but it never came. Looking at the UPS website I discovered that error. I contacted UPS and the UPS mails delivery entity and was told to contact the Ornament Shop. I called and got a message that they would call me back so I did not have to stay on hold. That was about a month ago. I have since written several emails, several reviews on their site, and recently left another message on a number I found on the Shop app. At this point I have no hope that they will respond. They claim to be veteran owned. I am a veteran, they do not seem to care. There is no, zilch, nada, customer service. Avoid this website at all costs.

The product is good, but customer service is worse than awful. As soon as I received my order confirmation I realized my shipping address was wrong. I immediately called customer service and the recording said to leave my name, number, and order number and someone would call me back. Two days later, no return phone call, so I called again. A few days later I called a third time and also sent an email. A week has now gone by and still no response. I did get an email today saying my order was on its way...to the wrong address.

Do Not Order: when you ask, where your items are, they try to tell you you didn't Pick Up, it was sent back and now it's lost...Of course they do not want to give you your Money back, they want to deduct their "loss"

I ordered a personalized Military Boots. There was an issue with the Delivery as the package got lost. They shipped another out very quickly with NO issues. Well worth the wait. I didn't want the 2D Flat Ornament but one that was an actual Ornament. I'm glad I purchased. Thank You ♥️ 🪖🥾

The ornament I ordered was very nice but arrived with a broken piece. It was promptly replaced at no additional cost. I was very happy with customer servicer in that regard.

As far as customer service in general, my emails are never answered and it's impossible to speak with someone by phone. I don't find this consumer friendly

Twice I have received a broken ornament. The original and then the replacement.

You cannot reach anyone by phone. And it takes days for an email to process.

I’m a month after Christmas and still do not have my replacement ornament.

I placed an order for several ornaments on January 7, 2024. The holiday rush is over, I had no response as to when my order would be received. Nothing extraordinary about them. I finally contacted Customer Service by email (no phone!) I was told they needed my order number, which I had included but sent again for a second time. Another person replied, said they were moving and unable to lookup any orders. Were the computers moving too?? Here it is end of January and no response and no order! I did receive a spam message that said sorry here’s a 20% off discount. No way am I ordering again from them! Personally, I think this is a rip off company. I will never order from them! I think we should have our head examined to do so. I have found nothing but weird things on Google when I search Ornament Shop. I’m not even sure I believe the reviews on here except for the Negative ones, of which now I have my own. Will I ever get a refund? Doubtful. Buyer beware!!!

UPDATE: They cancelled my second order with no reason why... I have placed a third order (it showed certain colors were out but I ordered a different one this time)

I ordered two identical ornaments for two of my granddaughters. I later received an email stating that they were out so my order was only half filled and the last letters of the words were cut off. In a later email I saw that there was a huge 70 percent off sale and re-ordered both ornaments. (Personalized) and they sent me an email stating I had not finished ordering but they were in my cart. My husband remembers clearly that I had paid. So for the third time I ordered the ornaments. I asked numerous times for someone to call me and their response was that they did not have a phone. My response was someone "could" use their personal cell phone and just block the number. UGH we shall see how this last order is...

I received my item damaged and it was replaced right away. I am sissified with their customer service.

The ornaments are lovely and customer service is tops.

We have been getting our ornaments from you for years and years. Never any mishaps til this year and we were missing a couple of ornaments from order but you took care of it right away and we recieved them in time for Xmas. Thank you so much and we will continue to get our ornaments here.

Still don’t have ornament. First order on November 26. You reordered in early December. No way to talk to a human. Have sent numerous customer service emails. No answer except in the handling stage. Special ornament for engaged couple for Christmas. Where is it ?

I ordered two ornaments on November 27, 2024. One of the ornaments arrived on December 10th. The tracking information on the second ornament was not available. When I contacted the company by email three times (you cannot call them during the Christmas season), they finally responded to let me know that the ornament was still on the way. After two more emails asking for a replacement, the Ornament Shop let me know on December 20th, that my purchase was lost and since they had no more in stock, they would issue a refund. My daughter warned me that it is usually a scam when a purchase gets lost in the mail and the company keeps reassuring you that it is still coming only to let you know that the product is not coming, and oh gee whiz, the company does not have any more in stock to resend to the customer. The company probably oversold the product and were hoping to get more in before Christmas, which they did not. I am VERY disappointed in this company and their customer service. They should have been honest with me weeks ago so that I still had time to order a new Christmas ornament from a different vendor. Very bad form on their part. I will not be using the Ornament Shop again.

The First order the name was not correct so I sent a photo of the incorrect one and they made another that was correct. No hassle of having to send the incorrect ornament back
