Thank you for making my order correct and sending new personalized ones. They look perfect and appreciate you making it right. The ornaments are lovely. Great company and customer service

This was a replacement for an ornament that was originally delivered broken, so was nice to get it perfect.

I ordered 3 ornaments for my Grand kids. Two of the ornament were packed for shipping however the most fragile ornament was wrapped in a piece of packaging paper. This was an Old World Christmas ornament, and we know how fragile those can be. It arrived in several pieces. I emailed your customer service and they requested I send pictures. I honored their request with pictures the order number and the item number. They indicated they would replace it with the same item.
When I receive the replacement, it was the incorrect ornament. Once again, I contacted customer service went through the entire process again. I am awaiting a replacement but have not had any correspondence on it at this time. Just a suggestion, the ornament should be packaged appropriately and perhaps the boxes should be marked breakable.

I finally received my order which all were correctly made and not broken. I'm satisfied with final product but the poor packing of items is a problem. The lack of attention to details of my order was ridiculous. I will never order from this company again.

I like the quality and choices of the ornaments however the shipping method was not that great. Box was too big for the number of ornaments and I was surprised only one was broken. They did agree to replace the broken ornament after I sent a picture of the broken ornament. This one made it in one piece!

I have ordered Personalized Ornaments for 20 years from the Ornament Shop. I've only had a couple arrive broken this year. And those were taken care of with a caring and personable replacement crew. They knew I was worried about them getting here for Christmas! I always find the perfect Ornament for each of my grandbabies and they look forward to them each year.

The ornament I ordered was absolutely perfect when I saw the photo and I knew my granddaughter would love it. However there was one catch in the delivery and it took probably almost a month for it to finally arrive. I am not blaming Ornament Shop as there was the delivery person also to blame. Thankfully it finally arrived and it is absolutely perfect!!!

Would I use them again? Yes, I will!!

The US Post Office misplaced my first ornament order which was never found. When I informed the Ornament Shop a replacement ornament was sent without any charge to me. I’ve ordered these ornaments for several years and have never been disappointed.

I was going to leave this alone but since you requested a review I will do so. I ordered 8 ornaments. They arrived in a timely fashion. However, one ornament was broken and another was not complete (not personalized as ordered). The only way to contact the shop is through email. After exchanging several emails over days. They wanted me to send pictures of the ornaments I was dissatisfied with. I did. After a month I got the replacement ornament that was not personalized. I didn't like the way it was written. It was very different from my other ornaments but I can live with it. I again had to start the email tag to get the replacement ornament for the broken one because it never arrived. I finally got it after exchanging email and blame placed on another employee. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer to get these because I order them for my nieces and nephews to give them to them at Thanksgiving to hang on their tree for Christmas. I feel it was handled unprofessionally and they didn't really seem to be apologetically and wasn't even offered anything for all the trouble of their mistakes.

I ordered 4 ornaments in July and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! I have sent you multiple messages on your website AND Facebook Messenger and no response! I tracked down your phone number and was directed back to your website! have contacted my credit card company to handle this matter since you have charged my credit card for items I have not received. I no longer want this order since I have now purchased elsewhere. I will let everyone I know my experience with you!

WHEN THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED TWO WERE BROKEN. THEY WERE GOING TO SEND REPLACEMENTS, BUT THEY REDID THE WRONG ORNAMENTS. THEN WE WERE TOLD THE NEW ONES WERE SENT THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST. WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING AND UPS SAID THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM BEING SENT. WE WOULD APPRECIATE HEARING FROM YOU

I ordered two travel ornaments with different order of names - one for me and one for my friend. One came blank. I contacted customer service and they sent me replacement with the correct information. Nice to know company stands behind their product. Thank you

Just got my order. Two of the three ornaments are broken. The purple cheerleader’s let pompon is not attached. The ballerina’s foot is broken off. Please advise. Sincerely, M Janice Powell

My first order was lost in the mail. The replacement order came broken. Ornament Shop replaced the broken ornament and it arrived beautiful, in perfect condition. Very good customer service.

When I received my order they were broke but when I contacted them I had to send a picture of the item’s and they sent replacements right away, I am very satisfied.

I am still waiting for you to send my Nick Sheridan Spring Lake Graduation ornament 2025 that I received broken 😡

Unfortunately my order was lost in transit but another was sent rather quickly and I am very happy with my purchase and extremely pleased with your customer service. I will be ordering again.

My order had gotten lost and they reordered it and sent it to me.I have used them for years and this was the only time I have ever had a problem.Quality of the products are good too.
