Missing replacement filter sent
I had ordered the Air purifier and the additional pack of 2 replacement filters. When I received my shipment, I was missing one of the replacement filters. I responded to the customer service team. They asked for the information on the package I received and reviewed this information. Ricah responded that a second filter was indeed to be sent to me. Shipping took time, yet I did receive the second filter. I'm very pleased for Ricah's assistance through this process!

I followed a fake website, that said their product was the best choice from the consumentenbond. I ordered a 4K dashcam, it was not a 4K dashcam. And the product seemed flimsy and like it would break easily.
Fortunately the customer service was really good, I could return the item and did receive my money back. that was really nice after falling for a fake website... totally my fault!

Excellent. This machine surpasses every expectation I have had so far. I’ve been a union operating engineer for over 13 years and I am always very critical and cautious about new devices like this but I am happy to report it’s almost made the job fun now! Ty for a great product so far.

Jun gives the best customer support. Answers questions quickly. Gave me detailed instructions that were easy to follow when the pamphlet that came with the product were hard for me to follow. Pictoral diagrams are inferior to using words in my opinion.

I left a review yesterday regarding the horrible service and product. I've been waiting 2 months for shipping label to return product. Today I received an email informing that that I will need to ship item back and take picture of shipping label and cost that I will be reimbursed for. All service and communication with this company has been horrorifying. Do not purchase anything from this company.

My husband ordered a water pik not knowing that I had already ordered another one. I sent an email to the Customer Service department asking asking them to cancel my order. They responded very quickly and within about two hours my order was canceled and the money was refunded back onto my credit card. I would not hesitate to buy from this company. Handheld vacuum
I ordered the handheld vacuum and so far so good. It has great suction but does not come with a wall holder which I inquired to customer service if they sold one. They quickly responded and said they do not but gave advice where to get one and that they would make note of the inquiry and share with designers to better their product.
