Ordered a rurudo figure with orzgk, the alternate body part unfortunately came with a defect. Lucy was able to help me contact the supplier for a new alternate body part to be shipped. Very happy with the service!

I made two purchases from this store and both experiences were excellent. Everything arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, and exactly as described.

This was my first time buying from OrzGK and my experience so far has been great! Allen always responds to my questions in a timely manner. My figure arrived in perfect condition and well packed. I will definitely purchase more figures in the future!

I decided to use service for them to find a particular statue that I could not find in any other store. With the help of representative by name of Felix he was able to find the particular statue in question in great shape. Did run into issues of getting the statue ready to ship but once I let him know about the on going issue he was able to clear asap and have everything progressing smoothly again. So I recommend this service for those looking certain statues that aren't in circulation anymore and if you get representative Fleix your in good hands.

Good place to get GK resin figures and some official figures. Fine pricing. Customer service is great, being able to make some request for your purchased item and smoothen the process of delivery.

(review en français plus bas) Allen was very helpful, it was my first time buying a resin figure and it did not disappoint ! Orzgk handled perfectly the massive 1/4 scale, each corner of the box had plastic reinforcement, the mail communication was smooth and i could change my address easily when the shipping time came almost a year later (figure was a preorder one). Definitly recommand this shop even tho shipping was really expensive (but it's not the shop faults, the parcel was huge and i'm based in europe, for reference it was 250$ by sea, i didn't pay any import duties)

Allen m'a beaucoup aidée et rassurée, c'était la première fois que j'achetais une résine et je n'ai pas été déçue ! Orzgk s'est parfaitement occupé de mon colis malgré l'imposante figurine échelle 1/4. Tous les coins du colis étaient renforcés avec des coins en plastique, la communication par mail était fluide et j'ai même pu changer mon adresse postale sans souci au moment où on m'a recontacté un an plus tard pour l'envoi (figurine en précommande). Je recommande cette boutique les yeux fermés même si les frais de ports étaient élevé (sauf que ce n'est pas la faute de la boutique, le colis était massif et je vis en europe alors qu'ils sont basés en asie du sud-est. En guise de référence, j'ai payé 250$ de frais de port sans frais de douane, colis venant en bateau)

Great quality service! Assitant Lucy always ready to answer any doubts and shipment always on time! Shipping to Mexico arrived sooner than expected and if anything comes up they reply to emails quickly! This is my 6th statue.

I was helped by Lucy. The first message I should have received was sent to my spam box. Because Lucy sent another e-mail two days later, I was able to see that my item was ready, quickly finish my payment for it and my order was sent out before their new-year's festivities took place. I will say that I am fortunate that my item came quickly, in good shape and nothing was broken.

One thing that does bother me is that while I was waiting for my item to be ready, I asked a question that went completely ignored on a potential product I was looking to buy. Looking at these other comments, Lucy was probably very busy helping many customers.

The craftsmanship on this piece is fantastic. The sculpt, paintwork, and overall detail are seriously impressive — especially Yor’s pose, the weapons, and the dramatic base with the roses and blood effects. 🗡️🌹

You can really tell Red Studio put a lot of care into the design. It captures Yor’s assassin vibe perfectly while still looking elegant and powerful.

I’m very satisfied with the quality of this statue and it’s definitely a standout piece in my collection.

Absolutely abysmal customer service coordination and follow through. A package wasn’t delivered by UPS. UPS offered to refund the order as the investigation concluded that the package was in fact lost. ORZ claimed the investigation was still ongoing despite UPS claims directly confirming this was ready to be refunded. They have pushed me back from getting a refund for a misdelivery for three weeks. THEY WILL NOT HELP IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ORDER FROM KAIO OR BCFIGURES INSTEAD!

From ordering to delivery and receiving, my assigned assistant Lucy gave me the confidence to order from them again. frequent updates, they communicated and navigated me through the usually nail biting process of international shipping from China to the US. definitely a better ordering and delivery service than other companies i’ve purchased from. When figure I pre-ordered arrived, I was contacted by Lucy from customer service to arrange shipping method. While box got slightly damaged during transportation, figure itself arrived intact and process orzGK uses to ship packages, which includes taking photos before shipping, allowed to inform shipping company of the issues. Figure looks great and detailed, and I love how configurable it is with limbs holding on pins and magnets. Great products and service.
