First time making use of the service from OrzGK. Ordered two small Star Wars figures. The packaging was very secure, and it arrived a bit earlier than expected. Allen kept me up-to-date on the progress and steps required to get my figures. Overall, the service was good.

The package I ordered arrived on time. It was secure and the item was in perfect shape. Allen was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and answered any question I hade. Definitely will buy from again.

First time user. Figure came in perfect condition, however if you care about the figure box being in perfect condition, you might not get that. My figure came in a regular cardboard box with a lil extra tape. There wasnt much protecting it from dents, no corner protectors or padding. So be aware of that. Also my figure was a preorder n they said smth was messed up and I wasnt able to recieve my preorder bonus, which was pretty disappointing, It does make me nervous to order from them again considering there was barely any protection for shipping and my preorder was messed up.

I have ordered multiple times with OrzGK and it's always been an easy, pleasant experience! They have a huge selection of products and are very clear about stock/being able to contact for more information about products. In my experience, really easy to contact via email support. I have worked with Assistant Lucy and her replies are always prompt and helpful! ♥ They offer multiple shipping options to suit various needs, very conveniently labeling what is and isn't covered and where (upon arrival, etc.). They always pack everything super tight with corner protectors too! Literally zero complaints, thank you!

Review on order for Tipsy Yor Forger and WakuWaku Studio - Evening Gown Anya Forger (from chapter 96) statues.
Anya is perfecto and flawless, 11/10 and its worth the 90 bucks.
Tipsy Yor Forger 302 bucks is I would say 10/10 (wouldve been 11/10 if she was able to attach herself to the sofa shes sitting on). Communication with Assistant Allen made everything possible. I recommend.

Ordered a large statue after seeing some reddit reviews saying the site was very trustworthy.

Everything went smoothly, Allen communicated very well throughout the process. Responses were given within the same 24 hours and everything was very thorough.

Multiple shipping options were given and the package arrived very secured. It was taped up very well and the statue arrived with no damage or defects.

Company is a scam. I’ve contacted several times for a resolution since January 2026 over broken parts and there has been 0 resolution for a figure that I paid for more than a grand. All I get is radio silence and 0 updates. I’m just left with a bunch of broken parts that’s collecting dust.

Update: I finally get a response, thanks to this review and was asked to have it taken down. They gave me a 2 week window of waiting for a few parts to be shipped. That window has passed and these guys can’t be trusted.

I just received my Frieren figure, and it arrived in absolute perfect condition! This is already my third purchase from OrzGK, and they never disappoint.
