First time buying from OrzGK, I purchased a figure from this site since it was one of the few that had pre release ordering.
Communication from OrzGK staff (personal assistant) was solid as they immediately informed me when the product was ready for shipping.
Assistant was polite and informative throughout the whole process and transactions went smoothly.
Only problem that came up was I had to request tracking code from the assistant.
However, the package and its contents arrived in one piece so I can confirm they are reliable.

My assistant Allen was great throughout the whole process! The figure arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. This is my first time ordering OrzGK, and I'm glad it went well! Thank you so much. The community discord is also great for following announcements and production updates.

I’ve ordered from this distribution platform for figures and statues several times now, and each experience has been excellent.

From placing the order to delivery and finally receiving the statue/figure, I received excellent support from Lucy. She was always helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped me check whether products were available and assisted me in finding alternatives if something was sold out. This made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Overall, I am very satisfied with both the shop and the customer support. I can highly recommend giving this store a try—especially if you’ve found a product you really like but aren’t sure where to purchase it. It’s definitely worth trying here first!

I recently got my first statue thanks to "Allen"!, and it was great. It did take some time because I choose to ship by sea, but it was worth the wait. I'm in the process of getting more statues, with one currently being shipped. Most of my orders and in pre-order, so I know it will be a while, but will hopefully have a wonderful collection by end of the year.

Everything went smoothly - Allen was very helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. Once the statue finished production, it arrived quickly, was well packaged, and undamaged. Honestly, I have no complaints. Cheers.

So bought my GK from them after having issues with another store. The figure came in good condition and was well packed so not be damaged.
The team communicated well in emails and on Reddit when I had questions and responded fast enough, Ella was particularly helpful as my contact.

Shipping is a bit expensive to Australia but that's the price you have to pay.

Will be doing business with them again.

I had a great experience. I ordered my first figure from OrzGK and I was a bit stressed that It might take too long until it arrives, but it came sooner that it was listed for my shipping method.

The quality is really good, the support was helpful with tips for ordering and they also have a community on discord which is really cool. You can ask anything there and you will be helped and you have previews of the new-coming figures.

Great GK figure purchase experience, especially with their in-stock shipment.

They even have company staff actively participating in the figure collectors online community which makes them quite responsive.

Workable response times, felt supported through the buying and shipping process.

Made my order on Jan 26th and it made it to my delivery address by Feb 6th (Canada) with one of the shipping options the orzgk team helped me select because I wanted it quicker and didn't mind covering the shipping fees. Incredible.

I started slowly coming over here after a business in my country began to go downhill. I made my first-ever preorder here, but this main review is for the first in-stock item I purchased.
I did not expect to be assigned a personal, exclusive assistant. Lucy has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I made an enquiry about adding outer plastic corner protectors, and they were happy to accommodate that request.
The shipping options were good and included photos of my item. I received it in good condition. During my correspondence with Lucy, she asked me to let her know when I received my statue, which is a great touch for building customer satisfaction and a genuine connection.
There was also a “First-Time Buyer’s Guide,” along with Shipping & Delivery Terms and a Return & Refund Policy link, all of which provided the information I needed.
I’m very happy with my purchase and will most likely transition to shopping with OrzGK from now on. Thank you to Lucy and the OrzGK team.

Excellent Website

This was my first time preordering a figure. When it was ready to be delivered, they instantly messaged me, and my Assistant Ella was really helpful along the way. I got everything explained in detail, and it was very easy to understand.
The shipping to the EU was super reasonable, and they packed it really good, it came in perfect condition.
I really recommend this store because of their good prices, and helpful and friendly customer support.
Definitely going to buy there again in the future.
