Recieved a statue with a broken part. Contact Allen on what's app and the only solution provided was a link to their repair page. Said page notify there's lots of people working with them that could help to repair broken thing but there's no contact nor list or way to mail someone, and there's a video to "Do it yourself".
I don't have to do it myself (even if i know, wich i don't). Seems they don't heard of warranty.
No more answer and just silence from them since the link. AVOID even if it's the only possible choice or only if you want to try your luck.

Allen was super helpful and kind about everything. The product was honestly better than expected. Just gotta make sure not to bend it too much

Allen has been my assistant ever since I started using OrzGK.
He will respond quickly and courteously unless he is very busy.
Therefore, I feel at ease from the time I purchase the statue until it arrives.

I was waiting for the statue I purchased to be completed, as usual, but I received a message from him saying that there were differences in the details and paintwork between the promotional images before production and the actual statue during the production stage.
I appreciated being notified in advance like this.
The statue arrived safely and is in perfect condition.

Pre-ordered my resin statue from Dragon Realm Studios in January and it arrived this week. Quality and packaging were great.
I only have this one product, so I don't know how other statues from other studios that OrzGK works with will be handled. There was no direct communication between me and DR Studios, everything was handled by OrzGK.
Communication with assistant Ella was smooth (both via email and WhatsApp). The statue arrived only a few days after I received confirmation from OrzGK that it was in their warehouse and ready to ship.
The price shown on the website is ONLY for the product itself. Shipping costs are NOT included and depend on the size and weight of the final package. You will receive this information once OrzGK has received the product and is ready to forward it to you.

First time ordering. I was a bit skeptical but after some research I decided to bite the bullet and order a figure. I bought it a while ago, shortly after the preorders closed and much before its release so it took several months (I don't know what the normal waiting time is, but I made my order in November and I got it in May).

I had Ella as my consultant and we communicated via emails. She was pretty responsive to my questions and it was nice having someone to turn to and to guide me throughout the whole process. She kept me updated on each step- order confirmation, shipping selection, and double checked with me my shipping info before sending it out. Only UPS was available for me so it was pretty fast. I had a very good experience with her.

My experience overall was pretty smooth and my figure came in perfect condition (the box was well protected with lots of tape, 4 plastic corner guards and in my case 3 layers of boxes- the shipping box, the figure art box and a foam box with strips) and I am very happy with it.

TL;DR: Good experience, long waiting, Ella was great, figure is perfect.

I got a resine figure from them that was hard to come by, which was available with the option of Week Super Sale (displayed and in good condition).
The sales support (Lucy) help me a lot to clarify questions about the figure and details of the shipping price to Chile.

My Aki figure came quickly and very securely packaged. I'm so amazed by the level of detail and effort that was put into making the figure and it looks amazing on display. It was definitely worth the price (^-^)

Worked with an assistant named Ella. Never got into the hobby (anime figure collecting) before and grateful that my first experience was with this company and with this representative. Sent Ella several emails with multiple questions since I never did this kind of purchase before and Ella answered timely and kindly. Customer service was exceptional!

I've received three figures from Orzgk over the past year: one we a pre-order that arrived on time, another was a "week super sale" (which is their term for looking on the secondary market for you, confusing name, but their purchasing guide explained it clearly), and the third was a pre-order that released 6 months early. All came well packaged and in mint condition.

Website has a really solid selection, obviously not everything, and the catalog's filters (for source, maker, size, availability, price range, etc.) really helps me search through it.

Customer service has also been great, they have four assistants who are assigned on a per customer basis (I got Lucy) to answer questions about orders and pricing (since some items have "contact for pricing"). Don't know if they use machine translation or are really fluent in English, but haven't had any problems communicating with them.

Happy enough so far that I already have six other pre-orders with them.

As a first time customer, I was sceptical at first. But after reading so much good reviews I had to give it a try. And it was awesome!They're legit, even though it might take a while to get to you (depending on where you live) it does arrive, I got my figure today and I'm very happy with it!
My order did have a delay because I ordered right before the Spring Festival, which was obviously my own fault. But when I asked why it was taking so long, they kindly answered!
