Two weeks ago, I made a purchase for $300.
I paid extra for express shipping.
After a few days, I sent my first email—they said they had a lot of orders and can't say when the package will be shipped!
What is this? Nowhere on the website was any information that they didn't have the product in stock and couldn't keep up with shipping.
I sent another email—same thing, no information. So I said I was canceling the order and asked for a refund.
It's been a week now, and I have neither my money nor the items I purchased.
I will obviously have to report the matter to the police! This is the first time in my life I have encountered such terrible service and fraud.
Let's call it what it is: this company is one big SCAM. This company steals money and cheats you.
Don't give up and write about your problems here so that people will finally stop shopping with them.

Beautiful bracelets. I ordered the 6mm black onyx and the 6mm green tigers eye. Both are quality stones and fit women’s wrist perfectly.

Poor customer service. My husband purchased a bracelet, it was too big so he requested an exchange. Ottasilver acknowledged that the return was received almost three weeks ago and we still do not have a shipping notice for the replacement. In addition the gold vermeil plating on another piece has worn badly.

The jewlery is well made. I love this new bracelet. Ottasilver gives so much attention to detail when boxing your items. Everything is beautifully packaged with care instructions. This is my second purchase and I am very pleased with the customer service.
