My items came as expected in the package. The sizing was a perfect fit. The quality of the gemstones regarding cut, clarity, and color were outstanding. I was highly satisfied with the workmanship of these items.

The bracelet is even nicer in person. I ordered the lapis bracelet and the stone are exquisite. It’s very well made and feels very sturdy while wearing it. I have similar bracelets from a manufacturer in Europe who uses the stretchy cord, which has snapped on me. This bracelet is far superior.

I purchased a malachite bracelet and I cannot be more pleased! It’s well made and looks great. As a woman, I went with a 6mm size small and it fits perfectly! If I had any notes at all for Ottasilver, I would add on the website that the time spent making the bracelet is NOT included in the delivery timeframe. I was curious about why it was taking awhile for the status of my order to change from “processing” to “shipped”, but a short email to their customer service department (and a quick reply) explained that all to me. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and have already placed an order for a second bracelet!

The fit is perfect for the xl size. The quality is just a good. Over all the craftsmanship appears to be of exceptional quality and style. I like the way it feels and will definitely buy another piece should it last beyond expectations.

52 days and still no bracelet....Ordered bracelet early Jan. Did receive it a little over 3 weeks later. Too small. Promptly returned it for an exchange (within 1 day). Waiting 4 weeks, almost 5 weeks now and still no bracelet, no shipping or tracking info.

I purchased two bracelets a dark blue tiger eye and green tiger eye and these are beautiful pieces. The craftsmanship is excellent and these both wear very well. Fit is excellent and the quality is great. Fast shipping and great communication from Ottasilver.

I am SO Happy, as a customer. I ordered this ring as it showed 5-7 business day shipping. Later, I was told this doesn’t include the processing and packaging time, which was frustrating at first because the shipping at checkout usually reflects the entire duration for the delivery process. However, I reached out, and their team did everything in their power to make it happen and deliver to me in a timely manner. The ring was ABSOLUTELY perfection. Pictures don’t do justice. Way prettier in person. I am very happy with this brand and will continue being a customer for any future occasions. Well, it's the week before Valentines day and I ordered two weeks ago and still not shipped. If your business is going to do push advertising leading up to a holiday you should have the inventory and staff to handle orders commensurate with the ad spend.

Just opened well packed box. Immediately fell in love with bracelet. This is truly heirloom quality. Thank you.
